With so many new hair styles, and styling methods, we can get caught up in the hype, just to get the "look" and forget about the "outcome" of wearing certain styles. Hello. I just watched your video on regrowing edges. I need your help. PLEASE. My hair has thinned really bad over past years. In addition to list edges that is now practically bald. Is there a way to get them back and get my thickness back to my hair. Your help and guidance would be greatly appreciated. Over the past year I have worn a glueless wig but out glue on the frontal part which has now taken all of my front edges around the entire front of my head. Hi Breanna, my hair is thinning at the top. I was born with a cancer carrying chromosome, and stop all radiation treatment years ago. Two years ago i had to cut it all off and went natural. My natural is curly ( I hate it...lol). Since it has grown back slowly, I have started using kaleidoscope miracle drops mixed with sulfur 8, it's growing back ok, but just thin in the top. What can I do to get it to grow thicker in the top?

How are the partings done with their pinky nail. This pinky nail method is done so quickly as to cut down time constantly reaching for a comb. Thanks for listening. 👋🏿💃🏿
I'm not sure if my issue is genetic or poor care. Also I have sleep apnea and I'm assuming my scalp needs more oxygen than it has been getting. I'm using the cpac now but Either way I'm battling 😥... Thank you for the tips 🌺

For a person who has medium to low density hair and has a high porosity, do you recommend on wash day to wash your hair and twists to minimize breakage and shedding? Or using a hair steamer to infuse more elasticity in the hair strands?

Never Ever cared for the rubberband method! I do own some elastic bands but it is best to make sure the bands are well-oiled prior to application.

castor oil. Use coffee as a rinse. HTH.

Maca Root, Ashwganda, Inversion method, exercise, EFA, and eating more whole foods. Check your Ferritin it should 60 optimally.
