Alphamation Ltd Twin Lid Feed System. Vibratory Bowl feeders, Bulk Elevators, With Cap Magazine

This feed system comprises of a single bulk feed belt elevator feeding 2 vibratory feeders via a bifurcated outlet.
The bowl feeders orientate and organize the parts and they feed into a magazine which has a cap placement unit at its end.
When bottles are fed past the magazine via a conveyor then the lids are automatically transferred onto the bottles.
