The plyo I had to skip most of because I was working out without shoes on and I have a bad ankle. And for the upper body, I did drop the dumbbells a couple of times and did the exercises without them, but all in all, a pretty fun workout.
I really enjoy Jada's workouts but I didn't really like the boxing and running parts in this one. Also, one minute in between to rest seems like too long. Thirty seconds might be better.
