The real content is the map is inverted and the hidden stuff is relocated. To complete the game in 100%, you need to explore the whole game again. The effects is just there to bugging players a little. Also, the inverted map may sound not much of an affect to exploring but boy in late game stages, you need to practice the whole thing again.
my least favorite addition to the new game honestly, it makes it really tedious since you have to replay all the levels but with annoying filters (some of them are cool, but a lot are just annoying), and they even have their own relics, so you'd need to beat a level like Snow Way Out 8 times perfectly to get everything (normal mode, N Verted Mode, Cortex version, N Verted Cortex Version, their time trials) I don't dislike the new game, it's probably my favorite game in the series, but this is my least favorite thing about it
I just want to clarify that N Verted levels do not have time trials, and their N Sanely Perfect relics are shared with the normal versions. Personally I enjoy the N Verted modes because I already know the box locations, the gems are in a new spot which is fun to look for, and it can be a funner way to get the Nsanely Perfect relic.

Actually, to be exact, I think it’s a homage to Rotoscoping, an animation style where you copy the movement of real life actors via footage by tracing over it, usually with hand drawn animation. And it really worked, I watched this 1 or 2 days before buying the game 'cause Hype reasons. When I played that stage, it was nicer than just watch on a video. Congrats man

Probablemente ya lo tienes, pero no cuesta nada: al llegar al segundo mundo la curva de dificultada crece hasta el cielo, los primeros 2 niveles son fáciles, en el 3er nivel pasa de ser un crash común a ser el crash más difícil de toda la saga (si, incluso más que el original)

This game forces some players to replay the same level over and over again until there's no fun to it, I don't like this mode, the flashback tapes were a nice addition but replaying the same levels with annoying filters really bothers me. Secret levels after the 100% completion would be so much nicer...
Tbh they should have cut these. These are cool, but playing the exact same level with a different hidden gem placement sucks. I already have to play these levels again for the time relics, I don’t need to play these three times.
i was going to on my second playthrough but getting 50+ deaths on some of the levels put me off on the relics lol and i cant imagine trying to rush through them

To be exact, we took inspiration from a child's draw with wax pastels. I tried to make it feel like he would have drawn the path.
