Being a survivor main I get happy when I see survivors getting buff and get sad when hunters get buff.. But this time I am feeling really depressed about DW nerf 😥 It's like taking away fog blade from ripper.. Without fog blade ripper is trash and will be kited forever.. Same with DW now.. Without jumpscare DW will follow survivor with main body forever. 🤦♂️

The main body is still invisible, the difference is that now there won't be many jumpscares, since when it is close, you receive the warning. DW was never a jumpscare hunter, and he is already a very powerful hunter in his own right. Think with me: a follower chases the survivor AUTOMATICALLY as long as you don't control her. You can easily switch between them and attack the survivor you want ... Hahaha dw deserved all this nerf, I always wanted her to be nerf, the mains dream witch who can’t play after the nerf, actually never did, because before she was OP, now she is just as she always should be. I'm more glad that Wu Chang's SFX nerf isn't as big as Dream Witches' nerf. At least Wu Chang's nerf can create false alarms and can still jumpscare survivor's if Wu Chang Summons accurately. The thing is a lot of low tiers have problems and feel like hunters are op just because they dont even know the basics of the game and instead of actually learning how the game works, they go and complain. Different happens in higher tiers where you already know everything about the game so its way easier for survs and harder for hunters. In my opinion what Netease should do is: Improve the guide to also tell about Priming Ciphers, Juking and other kiting tips, etc. They also should add a 6th cipher to prevent cipher rush tbh. A 6th cipher would help alot.

I’ve mained Yidhra since launch and have overcome all of her nerfs but this one is it for me. I can deal with either the skill cool down OR alert but both?? I’m sure this nerf isn’t going to be the last one too so I will have to abandon my absolute favorite character who’ve I dedicated so much energy, time, and money for.

This feels like a season 2 of Nubspector rank with the new victory theme. Also this nerf is just unfortunate, Dream Witch is just gonna have trouble setting up leeches now that survivors can just transition away before they're even leeched. Y'know, almost all of the nerfs are unfortunate except for a few. I can't even use Wu Chang anymore, and playing my main Axe Boy is kind of a bigger struggle since pines are easier to remove now. I heard someone say this on a video but "Survivors shouldn't be rewarded for being stupid and not paying attention."

As a DW main her buff is not only effecting her start game but taking away the element of surprise its also REALLY effecting her end game cause we really rely on being able to spam ability's and now we cant do that thanks to her nerf. This was such a bad nerf and it takes away everything shes known for and how she even wins her chase isnt good without the ability to spam blink and patroller. She didn't even need a nerf so I don't know why she got one.. shes pretty easy to counter already but now you can loop her all game.

Nothing, she was good as she was imo. DW was the meta for hunters, she’s hard to learn as it is, but the jumpscares made her complete and that’s what she had going for her. Their hitbox still is small, so that’s another downside.
This is pretty much what i meant when i say that dw literally can’t do anything else besides chase without her traits. The trait cooldown nerf is understandable to an extent. But when the crybabies keep whining for more, we get her the way she is now with the prompting nerf too.
There are many adjustments at characters this season...i was so confused too when playing ento my main at rank at first lol but if the adjustment already being there, then the player should adjust too to how to play with the character now. 🤔
Honestly why did they even do this to DW? I don't even play her and know she needs the jump scare and hiding cause yeah she's amazing but relies on essientally nothing but personas and traits in a chase. Her hit box is even lackluster!

This is pretty much what i meant when i say that dw literally can’t do anything else besides chase without her traits. The trait cooldown nerf is understandable to an extent. But when the crybabies keep whining for more, we get her the way she is now with the prompting nerf too.

Honestly why did they even do this to DW? I don't even play her and know she needs the jump scare and hiding cause yeah she's amazing but relies on essientally nothing but personas and traits in a chase. Her hit box is even lackluster!

Imo the nerf didn't affect her too much, sure at first ppl kept losing but that's cause they were new to the nerf, but if u watch some pro gameplays now, she's still a solid s tier hunter

I hate dealing with dw in matches, but this nerf... Her jumpscare was the main reason why she could get a free hit and surprise survivors and it was fun when you couldnt know where she was...
