They had been living in peace and harmony, until a man from one of the tribes stole a camel of a man from the other tribe. Then he stole back two camels from the thief, and later they started to fight. The two tribes had been in war for 100 years, and in the end, nobody knew who started the situation!! Well,I am a Romanian/Dacian-Thracian and I am not stupid to be dragged in political fantasies.I like my neighbor s and I respect them.Bulgarians,Serbians,(all ex-Yugoslavia), Hungarians, Ukrainians,I like them all.If we hate each other it means we are weak.As communities we have the same goals, the same God and we are trying to improve. All of us,we have lots of rotten leaves in our countries or minorities (not all of them but most of them)that are going with their sets of laws and traditions (ex. children marriage) that are affecting the entire community,or politicians that are treating us like we are their employees,or other that are trying to exploit us or our countries. What I am sure is that together we are strong and we can start by respecting each other.Hate is one of the biggest weaknesses.
Vladimir Efimov Yeah, it's true that after almost 100 years after Trianon treaty there's no sight of peace between romanians and hungarians in my opinion it's imposibile that reconciliation in the next 10 years has 80% chances
*Why Romania and Hungary hate each other.* (I am Romanian, so I might not be objective) Hungary lost a lot of it's land after WW1, a lot of it to Romania: Transylvania, Banat, Crișana, Maramureș. Some Hungarians still dream of a Greater Hungary, that includes these lands and more. Some Romanians feel like their ancestors in Transylvania were oppressed by the ruling Hungarian class. On top of that, Magyars are a major and vocal minority in the country. Szekelys want an autonomous region in the middle of Romania and some Romanians feel like this is a fist step toward Hungary reclaiming the rest of the territories before WW1. The fact that the biggest Magyar party in Romania (UDMR) was part of several of the worst and most corrupt governments this country had in the last 25 years, this does not help the reconciliation. 80% chances of reconciliation in the next 10 years is far too optimistic.

Transylvania has been dominated by several different peoples and countries throughout its history. It was once the nucleus of the Kingdom of Dacia (82 BC-106 AD). In 106 AD the Roman Empire conquered the territory, systematically exploiting its resources. After the Roman legions withdrew in 271 AD, it was overrun by a succession of various tribes, bringing it under the control of the Carpi, Visigoths, Huns, Gepids, Avars and Slavs. From 9th to 11th century Bulgarians ruled Transylvania.[citation needed] It is a subject of dispute whether elements of the mixed Daco-Roman population survived in Transylvania through the Dark Ages (becoming the ancestors of modern Romanians) or the first Vlachs/Romanians appeared in the area in the 13th century after a northward migration from the Balkan Peninsula.[6][7] There is an ongoing scholarly debate over the ethnicity of Transylvania's population before the Hungarian conquest (see Origin of the Romanians). The Magyars conquered much of Central Europe at the end of the 9th century. According to Gesta Hungarorum, Transylvania was ruled by the Vlach voivode Gelou before the Hungarians arrived. The Kingdom of Hungary established a partial control over Transylvania in 1003, when king Stephen I, according to legend, defeated the prince named Gyula.[8][9][10][11] Some historians assert Transylvania was settled by Hungarians in several stages between the 10th and 13th centuries,[12][13] while others claim that it was already settled,[14] since the earliest Hungarian artifacts found in the region are dated to the first half of the 10th century.[15] Between 1003[dubious - discuss] and 1526, Transylvania was a voivodeship in the Kingdom of Hungary, led by a voivode appointed by the King of Hungary.[citation needed] After the Battle of Mohács in 1526, Transylvania became part of the Kingdom of János Szapolyai. Later, in 1570 the kingdom was transformed into the Principality of Transylvania - which was ruled primarily by Calvinist Hungarian princes. These times the ethnic composition of Transylvania transformed from an estimated near equal number[16] of the ethnic groups to a Romanian majority - Vasile Lupu estimates their number already more than one-third of the population of Transylvania in a letter addressed to the sultan around 1650.[17] For most of this period, Transylvania, maintaining its internal autonomy, was under the suzerainty of the Ottoman Empire. A market scene in Transylvania, 1818 The Habsburgs acquired the territory shortly after the Battle of Vienna in 1683. In 1687, the rulers of Transylvania recognized the suzerainty of the Habsburg emperor Leopold I, and the region was officially attached to the Habsburg Empire. The Habsburgs acknowledged Principality of Transylvania as one of the Lands of the Crown of Saint Stephen,[18] but the territory of principality was administratively separated[19][20] from Habsburg Hungary[21][22][23] and subjected to the direct rule of the emperor's governors.[24] In 1699 the Turks legally acknowledged their loss of Transylvania in the Treaty of Karlowitz; however, some anti-Habsburg elements within the principality submitted to the emperor only in the 1711 Peace of Szatmár, and Habsburg control over Principality of Transylvania was consolidated. 54 years later (1765), the Grand Principality of Transylvania was reintroduced. After the Ausgleich of 1867, the Principality of Transylvania was once again abolished. The territory was then turned into Transleithania,[9][11] an addition to the newly established Austro-Hungarian Empire. Romanian intellectuals issued the Blaj Pronouncement in protest.[25] Following defeat in World War I, Austria-Hungary disintegrated. The ethnic Romanian majority in Transylvania elected representatives, who then proclaimed Union with Romania on December 1, 1918. The Proclamation of Union of Alba Iulia was adopted by the Deputies of the Romanians from Transylvania, and supported one month later by the vote of the Deputies of the Saxons from Transylvania. In 1920, the Treaty of Trianon as a result of the war, established a new border between Romania and Hungary, leaving the whole of Transylvania within the Romanian state. Hungary protested against the new borders, as over 1,600,000 Hungarian people and representing 31.6% of the Transylvanian population [26] were living on the Romanian side of the border, mainly in Székely Land of Eastern Transylvania, and along the newly created border. In August 1940, Hungary gained about 40% of Transylvania by the Second Vienna Award, with the arbitration of Germany and Italy. The Second Vienna Award was voided on 12 September 1944 by the Allied Commission through the Armistice Agreement with Romania (Article 19); and the 1947 Treaty of Paris reaffirmed the borders between Romania and Hungary, as originally defined in Treaty of Trianon, 27 years earlier, thus confirming the return of Northern Transylvania to Romania.[9] From 1947 to 1989, Transylvania, as the rest of Romania, was under a communist regime.
CP:From a historical perspective, Lithuania is one of Poland's closest landmarks. Part of Polish literature, art, history is tied to Lithuania. Sometimes this connection maybe even too emotional. Wants to look into the future with the glasses of the past. Sometimes the past really connects, but sometimes it can become a repulsive subject " Many common challenges With regard to security, defense, energy, transport, there are many common challenges and opportunities to tackle them thogether.
Philip Grey Yeah but to be fair the Irish are the only ones to form a guerrilla style army, start a bombing campaign against mainland Britain, Go on hunger strike against British rule and so on, The other British countries have a bit of slagging and banter but nothing compared to the Irish who many still to this day have deep hatred for the Brits.
Free Eire Irish people hate the Brits because of them coming over and taking over Ireland also because of the potatoe famine when they didn't really help a single bit! (But there are some countries that helped and we are thankful!) Over 1million people died and Ireland is still suffering from it to this day. (This is why some Americans have a good bit of Irish DNA.)
Actually, the only real hatred is between Brits and Irish in Northern Ireland... Scots and English hate each other on the football pitch, and the former (even when Unionist) don’t like to be called English, but actually they get along very well on a personal level. Or, at least, like an Englishman with another Englishman or a Scot with another Scot. But I think Brexit may change something 😉

Poland and lithuania are like the divorced couple who understand eachother and remember the good old days but don't want to try it again after poland had another child with russia called Ukraine and their other kids like Latvia and Bellarus have turned out to be disasters. Also lithuania became a feminist.
Poland and Lithuania actually LIKE each other. The special relation between the two countries dates back the 14th century (Lithuania's king Jogaila's conversion to Catholicism, beginning of the Jagiello Dynasty which ruled Poland for some centuries). Between the 16th and the 18th century, they were actually a single state, the Polish- Lithuanian Commonwealth. It would be better to mention the Russo-Baltic rivalry: in the Baltic states, people who don't have Russian origins sincerely hate Russia.
Croatia and Serbia aren't hate soo much each other.We don't hate them,and we don't love them.There aren't some emotions.From Serbia,I didn't hate any Croats,but I hate ustashe.
Sad thing everybody hates rOmania because they aint loyal:( They betrayed they ,friends' in both world war to gain land:( And they are still poor, with all those stolen lands..
What “friends” did Romania betray? Germany? They gave parts of Romania to Russia, Hungary and Bulgaria before the war(Molotov-Ribbentrop) Not to mention that Italy did the same move😃 I will also like to remind you that Romania had no choice but to join the Axis because UK and France abandoned the eastern front to Germany and Russia. Romania had the choice of joining the Axis or end up invaded like Poland or Czechoslovakia. As for the hating part this is false. Aside from some indoctrinated hungarians, we get along very well with Serbians, Bulgarians, Czechs, Slovaks etc.
Ukraine and Russia are not an historical animosity? Do you know history? Ukranians received the nazis in Ukrain has liberators, when the nazis took Ukrain during the opperation Barbarossa, the famine in Holodomor, the Ukranian natives always wanted freedom from the Russian empireand USSR, the animosity between them always existed, is a very old hatred.
I had heard of the Holodomor that was missed from this clip. Similarly the memory of the 'potato famine' in Ireland still exists in Ireland, there food was exported from Ireland to Britain during a famine in Ireland - for economic reasons that the British did not tackle.
(I am from Transilvania) Romania like Hungary, Hungary don-t like Romania. Hungary don't like Romania for this: In 1918 Transilvania have independence and was unite whit Romania and Moldova. but Transilvania, Romania and Moldova a while ago was in Dacia. Transilvania belonged Romania before Hungary. If Transilvania vote, will chose Romania. In Romania is not beter tham Hungary but Transilvania forever like thr romanian language and the Romanian country. Hungary can't attach Romania for Romania and Hungary are in NATO and in UE and Romania is friend with SUA and Germany. Hungary forever whish Romnia (seriosly. a Hungary minister come in Romania to help for a question but beside he asket the Romanian Parlament if Transilvania can be anexed whit Hungary. Hunghary wish Transilvania for them in Transilania are some montains of gold (really are montains make of gold) and for orther questions.
Romania likes Hungary, but romanians doesn;t like the hungarians from Transilvania, they are different from hungarians from Hungary and they think we stole their land but we didn't. They act like asses in Romania, they refuse to speak romanians even if they know the language very well, and if a romanian will to a store in Transilvania they will not treat him right.
Unfortunately it's not only because of Transylvania... Ceausescu had some parts on it too Which is sad, cuz my best friend is Romanian and Romania is such a beautiful country😢
My Granddad is Hungarian and he goes off on massive rants about the Russia and Turkey surprised they weren't on the list. Never mentioned Romania though.
A little bit vague, but in general terms a correct list. But these are generally rivalries or historical enmities somewhat generalized; not strict rules or perceptions. For example, I come from Romania but I like hungarian, and I would like to meet more people from Hungary or Szecklerland. In fact, I believe that most of us (romanians) have another enemie; Russian Federation. Since World War II, our relations have been worsening, and they took us many things; northern Bucovina, Basarabia and our national treasure.
Imre Sebok idiot thats 2008 info. In 2018 the Rroma population decreased because they left Romania. There are only 600.000 gypsies in Romania by 2018 (3% of population)
Hi, this might not be too important: but next time you do a vid on Russia, you should make sure you post the current form of the Flag of the Russian Federation, with the standard navy blue, as the one with the light blue you've posted here was from the early days right after the USSR: 1991-1993.
yup its bs, plus germany is a really young country, and has reborn many times cause of ww1, ww2, cw.. Germany and France are two friends who like to bother each other !
I am a hungarian and i dont hate anyone just based on nationality. That is madness. Yes, people have their generalisations but you can overcome these if you want to. Hate always comes back to you so it does not worth it. So here is the task! Tell 3 things you like about romanians. Maybe it is a bit harder in the beginning than hatred but you will feel yourself better and love comes around just like hatred! My 3 things i like about romanians: - 1 i met many of them abroad, and i think they are hard working types 2 i respect their language skills generally they speak more foreign languages than we do /romanian expats/ 3 cuisine in Romania is very diverse and great
Hungarians from Hungary don't hate romanians and romanians don't hate them. Romanians have a problem with hungarians from Transilvania, because they act like jerks in Romania. It's very different.
I hope Albania, Serbia, and Greece well all the Balkan Nations become friends. Some have amazing history like the Greek Spartans. And the city of Athens. Greeting from Albania! Well I live in America but am 100% Albanian.
You can see some hateful comments between Greece and Turkey but they had strong relationship in the past and u know Turks came from Asia they were like chinese but they all assimilated western Turks have Greek DNA eastern Turks have Arabic DNA, thats why Turks dont look like asians. And i don't hate any country.
We Germans like: (Ancient) Greeks (very philosophical and artistic people, so similar to our own culture) Russians (despite of history we are understanding them / Russians have the same depth of feeling like we) Western Africans (especially Ghanaians, funny and vital people) Northeastern Africans (especially Ethiopians, German endurance athletes cooperate with them) Scandinavians (especially Danes, very nice neighbours) Irish (very cool and gifted people, they have "epic" eyes and are very proud of their heroic history, way better than the arrogant English) Hungarians (eternal brothers, most spirited Europeans, great characters and noble manners) We dislike: Italians (they are jealous of us and extreme haters of us in soccer, furthermore very arrogant) Americans (militarists, imperialists, psychopaths, superficial, soulless, at least the elites there, they suppress our culture) Mixed feelings: English (somewhat arrogant and ruthless, problematic history, but in many points similar to us: aloof, creative, inventive, tolerant) Arabs (fascinating exotic culture but present Arab immigrants are often trouble makers) China (we have great respect of the old harmonious Chinese culture but some of us are really feared of the Chinese economic takeover) Poles (often really nice people, very strong-willed men and like we Germans heroic defenders of Europe in history, unfortunately there are some resentments in the relationship between both countries due to prejudices of "overconfident Germans" or "thievish Poles") Turks (brothers in arms in WWI, we also respect the great Turkish culture and Turkish baths but today the relationship is poisoned by Erdogans fifth column here in Germany)
If you are a Serb, go to Istria/Dubrovnik. They will accept you as a brother. (at least I was accepted). Albanians - true Albanians are best friends, they don't care what you are. But Kosovo Albanians... different story.
Serbs and Croats are identical, but neither wants to admit it. They are like sisters who got into fight a long time ago and neither can even remember why anymore, but just keep on fighting. I believe most people of these two countries actually love each other and know deep down inside they are one of a kind.
+BlackSalami Croatia didnt help for shit. But hey at least you said were austrians instead of croats. I guess youre a guy with common sense who understands that slovenia isnt podalpska hrvatska
France and Germany are friends , With the UK, France and Germany are powerful and invinable, three great nations, three great friends despite our bloody past spent under wars . Vive la France 🇫🇷 Long live the UK🇬🇧 Lang lebe Deutschland 🇩🇪 France love you 🇫🇷💓🇩🇪💓🇬🇧
Animosities between Greece and Turkey are by far the worst in Europe. It goes back centuries, and neither country seems to be able to reconcile. If Orthodox Christian Greece could come to terms with Muslim Turkey, this reconciliation could be a model for the rest of the world and an enormous step towards greater understanding between Islam and Christianity.
Umm nope. You were doing ok until you said Albanians and Serbs would reconcile. They totally won't. In the 90s when the Serbs started the Balkan war, they got lucky that Albania did not get fully embroiled or there would not be a single serb alive. As things stand now, Albania has become a relatively wealthy nation by Balkan standards with a state of the art military and a giant numbers advantage over Serbia but they also have Long memories and the first time Serbia gets out of line or tries to retake Kosovo, I guarantee Albania will slaughter them en-masse. There is no reconciliation on the horizon anytime soon. Albanians live by the rules of the blood fued.
2:19 “Irish and English. If this hatred still exists, then it is only in very conservative and nationalist communities” In Northern Ireland, this hatred is actually still very present, although Irish and Britons don’t shoot each other anymore.
Calm down guys lets be friends remember that those romanians that betrayed and "stolen"cough recovered cough transylvania from hungary are mostly dead today, the romanians today did nothing to u
It's shame on people who are hated each other. We leave in 21th century, we are ALL people. Understand it please. I am Greek and I love ALL countries all over the world.
This is what I know... there are obviously other reasons as well: Ethnic Ukrainians never really liked ethnic Russians... for the historical reason that Stalin starved millions of them in the 1930's after Ukraine was forced to join the Soviet Union. People in South/Eastern Ukraine were always sympathetic to Russia because many of them speak Russian and are ethnically Russian. I'm pretty sure the main theory for why Hungarians don't like Romanians is because of Transylvania (it is currently part of Romania but historically had been under Hungarian control). Poland does not like Lithuania because of the disputed city of Vilnius which used to be Polish before WW2 and Lithuanians dislike Poles because they feel cheated they acquired so little land during their re-surface after the partition of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Serbia and Croatia hate each other because of Serbia's dominance of former Yugoslavia and because of the Croatians siding with Nazi Germany in WW2. Greece hates Turkey because it was occupied by them for hundreds of years and many lands/cities like Istanbul for example many people believe should be Greek. Irish hate the English for oppressing them for ages. Poles hate Russians because they have been at war ever since the creation of Russia and many people blame everything bad that has ever happened on Russia.
+Ana Banana Are you stupid or what? Read not only the Ukrainian textbooks written for money USA. Read textbooks neighbors. Austria, Romania, Moldova, Russia, Poland. Stupid! You are right about the hate between Greeks and turkish, but Im not agree about chances of reconciliation, it's something atavic, can't be solved. It's the hate between Europe and its values that were born in antique Greece and turkey that represent all those forces that ever since tryed to destroy Europe. It would be useful for each european to read the Odissey by Homer the text in which our values were born. ...and naturally turkey is not and will never be Europe.
The conflict between France and Germany is in fact 1000 years old. I am really glad that we have such good relations or even friendship among both. I disagree with one politician, who once said, nations have no other nations as friends , only interests. Such thinking is very egoistic, cold and deplorable. I think friendship between nations is possible and desirable! One must respect the peculiarities and characters of each nation, as long as they are no negative attributes.
Thank you, CoolChannel4. The family of my mother has a long tradition of soldiers from an old noble family back from the 11th century. They fought in every war between France and Germany , several high ranking officers and generals among them., with many medals for bravery in fights. ( French-German war 1870/71 , World War 1,World War II, all the other conflicts in former times, too.) They had heavy casualties, many men of my family lost their lives in these wars. It is time to look as such things as history. Unfortunately today there still exists so much hatred between nations. We must try to do it better.
French and Germans... i get it (Napoleonic wars, Franco Prussian War, World war 1, Battle of France...) but those two countries DON'T ACTUALLY HATE each other
When countries hate each other that is just good game for politicians. What is your reason to hate some country?

The Magyars conquered much of Central Europe at the end of the 9th century. According to Gesta Hungarorum, Transylvania was ruled by the Vlach voivode Gelou before the Hungarians arrived. The Kingdom of Hungary established a partial control over Transylvania in 1003, when king Stephen I, according to legend, defeated the prince named Gyula.[8][9][10][11] Some historians assert Transylvania was settled by Hungarians in several stages between the 10th and 13th centuries,[12][13] while others claim that it was already settled,[14] since the earliest Hungarian artifacts found in the region are dated to the first half of the 10th century.[15]
Between 1003[dubious - discuss] and 1526, Transylvania was a voivodeship in the Kingdom of Hungary, led by a voivode appointed by the King of Hungary.[citation needed] After the Battle of Mohács in 1526, Transylvania became part of the Kingdom of János Szapolyai.
A market scene in Transylvania, 1818
The Habsburgs acquired the territory shortly after the Battle of Vienna in 1683.
Romanian intellectuals issued the Blaj Pronouncement in protest.[25]
Following defeat in World War I, Austria-Hungary disintegrated. The Second Vienna Award was voided on 12 September 1944 by the Allied Commission through the Armistice Agreement with Romania (Article 19); and the 1947 Treaty of Paris reaffirmed the borders between Romania and Hungary, as originally defined in Treaty of Trianon, 27 years earlier, thus confirming the return of Northern Transylvania to Romania.[9] From 1947 to 1989, Transylvania, as the rest of Romania, was under a communist regime.
how is Ukrainian and Russia no. 10?!? 😂😂😂
Poland and Lithuania????
I know I'm not Eastern European but I've seen Polish and Lithuanians are quite good friends.
MrDaveee :) Poland like Lithuania but they don't like us 👍
CP:From a historical perspective, Lithuania is one of Poland's closest landmarks. Part of Polish literature, art, history is tied to Lithuania. Sometimes this connection maybe even too emotional. Wants to look into the future with the glasses of the past. Sometimes the past really connects, but sometimes it can become a repulsive subject " Many common challenges
With regard to security, defense, energy, transport, there are many common challenges and opportunities to tackle them thogether.

Irish and the English?
more like the intire British isles and the English.
Philip Grey not Scotland! The Scottish people made an alliance with the English.
I love Serbia im from Albania

Hungary and Romania:
"There are many theories why these people do not like each other"
Treaty of trianon, maybe?
"Chances of reconciliation: 80% in 10 years"
That's a bit too optimistic. It's much more deeper problem.

Also lithuania became a feminist.

How About Bulgarians and Macedonians?
For the same people group problem Macedonians are Bulgarians
Poland and Lithuania actually LIKE each other. The special relation between the two countries dates back the 14th century (Lithuania's king Jogaila's conversion to Catholicism, beginning of the Jagiello Dynasty which ruled Poland for some centuries). Between the 16th and the 18th century, they were actually a single state, the Polish- Lithuanian Commonwealth. It would be better to mention the Russo-Baltic rivalry: in the Baltic states, people who don't have Russian origins sincerely hate Russia.
haha, right, each and every one :).
Yes it’s more like Baltics vs Russia
Croatia and Serbia aren't hate soo much each other.We don't hate them,and we don't love them.There aren't some emotions.From Serbia,I didn't hate any Croats,but I hate ustashe.

Sad thing everybody hates rOmania because they aint loyal:( They betrayed they ,friends' in both world war to gain land:( And they are still poor, with all those stolen lands..
Lmao..in WW2 we were like bitches..going from one ,,man,, to another...lmao..we had some dumb ass leaders
I like Romania tbh
I am Romanian and i don't hate Hungarians.
Ukraine and Russia are not an historical animosity? Do you know history? Ukranians received the nazis in Ukrain has liberators, when the nazis took Ukrain during the opperation Barbarossa, the famine in Holodomor, the Ukranian natives always wanted freedom from the Russian empireand USSR, the animosity between them always existed, is a very old hatred.
the same like croats and serbs
Boifeicasempre well the Nazis liberated Ukraine from Russia
I had heard of the Holodomor that was missed from this clip. Similarly the memory of the 'potato famine' in Ireland still exists in Ireland, there food was exported from Ireland to Britain during a famine in Ireland - for economic reasons that the British did not tackle.
I'm German and I don't hate France o.o
even he said it
(I am from Transilvania) Romania like Hungary, Hungary don-t like Romania.
Romania like Hungary,? XD perhaps in a parallel universe...
Andros1510Ro I actually like Hungarians even tho I'm Romanian
Romania likes Hungary, but romanians doesn;t like the hungarians from Transilvania, they are different from hungarians from Hungary and they think we stole their land but we didn't. They act like asses in Romania, they refuse to speak romanians even if they know the language very well, and if a romanian will to a store in Transilvania they will not treat him right.
Unfortunately it's not only because of Transylvania...
Ceausescu had some parts on it too
Which is sad, cuz my best friend is Romanian and Romania is such a beautiful country😢
My guy trust me we Hungarians are never gonna forget Erdely! Veszen Trianon!
What!! french and germany do not hate each other
They do not hate each other now, but they had a conflict in the past.
Officially, you did not read the thing below.
ww1 ww2 Franco-prussian war and napoleanic wars
We Germans don't hate the French people, only there language because it's sounds gay (not me included).
My Granddad is Hungarian and he goes off on massive rants about the Russia and Turkey surprised they weren't on the list. Never mentioned Romania though.
Poland and Lithuanian are friends I know because I'm Lithuanian
A little bit vague, but in general terms a correct list. But these are generally rivalries or historical enmities somewhat generalized; not strict rules or perceptions. For example, I come from Romania but I like hungarian, and I would like to meet more people from Hungary or Szecklerland. In fact, I believe that most of us (romanians) have another enemie; Russian Federation. Since World War II, our relations have been worsening, and they took us many things; northern Bucovina, Basarabia and our national treasure.
I don't hate Serbia I actually think of it as our friend and it's a beautiful country what happened happened there's no need to think about it now

Hi, this might not be too important:
but next time you do a vid on Russia, you should make sure you post the current form of the Flag of the Russian Federation, with the standard navy blue, as the one with the light blue you've posted here was from the early days right after the USSR: 1991-1993.
im german and i can say i dont know a single german who hates france franchies ... what ever
let's just forget about ww1 ww2 Franco-prussian war and napoleanic wars
the most germans love italy
yup its bs, plus germany is a really young country, and has reborn many times cause of ww1, ww2, cw.. Germany and France are two friends who like to bother each other !
+PETERVONFROSTER The only people germans might dislike are Americans but definitely not French
+PETERVONFROSTER Im french and i like germans. French are more suceptible to hate on English ( we were at war for like 700 years )
I am a hungarian and i dont hate anyone just based on nationality.

I could predict Hungarians vs. Romanians.
You can see some hateful comments between Greece and Turkey but they had strong relationship in the past and u know Turks came from Asia they were like chinese but they all assimilated western Turks have Greek DNA eastern Turks have Arabic DNA, thats why Turks dont look like asians.
And i don't hate any country.
number 8: short answer - transilvania
We Germans like:
(Ancient) Greeks (very philosophical and artistic people, so similar to our own culture)
Russians (despite of history we are understanding them / Russians have the same depth of feeling like we)
Western Africans (especially Ghanaians, funny and vital people)
Northeastern Africans (especially Ethiopians, German endurance athletes cooperate with them)
Scandinavians (especially Danes, very nice neighbours)
Irish (very cool and gifted people, they have "epic" eyes and are very proud of their heroic history, way better than the arrogant English)
Hungarians (eternal brothers, most spirited Europeans, great characters and noble manners)
We dislike:
Italians (they are jealous of us and extreme haters of us in soccer, furthermore very arrogant)
Americans (militarists, imperialists, psychopaths, superficial, soulless, at least the elites there, they suppress our culture)
Mixed feelings:
English (somewhat arrogant and ruthless, problematic history, but in many points similar to us: aloof, creative, inventive, tolerant)
Arabs (fascinating exotic culture but present Arab immigrants are often trouble makers)
China (we have great respect of the old harmonious Chinese culture but some of us are really feared of the Chinese economic takeover)
Poles (often really nice people, very strong-willed men and like we Germans heroic defenders of Europe in history, unfortunately there are some resentments in the relationship between both countries due to prejudices of "overconfident Germans" or "thievish Poles")
Turks (brothers in arms in WWI, we also respect the great Turkish culture and Turkish baths but today the relationship is poisoned by Erdogans fifth column here in Germany)
Thanks for nice comment
Greetings from a Hungarian
I'm italian and we are not jelous of germans specially in soccer, we beat german in every soccer competition in the history
So you say that every germans hates italians? I love Italy and italians.. but i dont like America.....
You are the top of your races
You were wrong Poles love lithuanians and lithuanians love Poles.
If you are a Serb, go to Istria/Dubrovnik. They will accept you as a brother. (at least I was accepted). Albanians - true Albanians are best friends, they don't care what you are. But Kosovo Albanians... different story.
albanians in kosovo are the same as the albanians in albania
Serbs and Croats are identical, but neither wants to admit it. They are like sisters who got into fight a long time ago and neither can even remember why anymore, but just keep on fighting. I believe most people of these two countries actually love each other and know deep down inside they are one of a kind.

Not all, Serbia, Belarus and FYROM are Russia's lickers!
Bogosaljev, you told about Caucasic Albania, that were spoken Iranic languages and Armenian, two languages that have nothing in commn whith Albanian!
Why Greece and Turkey are on n.5 and not at no.1?
What? In Poland we love Lithuanias
Lol i am hungarian and like romanians 😂😂
Dude, you're a rarity this days. I'll drink palinká in your honor
I'm Serbian and I like Croatia and Bosnia :)

+Македониан Атеист just write macedonia in wikipedia bro you will see the truth ;)
+DR, psycho you mean macedonia over greece?
This is what I know... there are obviously other reasons as well:
Ethnic Ukrainians never really liked ethnic Russians... for the historical reason that Stalin starved millions of them in the 1930's after Ukraine was forced to join the Soviet Union.

It's the hate between Europe and its values that were born in antique Greece and turkey that represent all those forces that ever since tryed to destroy Europe.

One must respect the peculiarities and characters of each nation, as long as they are no negative attributes.
nice comment. thank you
Thank you, CoolChannel4.
The family of my mother has a long tradition of soldiers from an old noble family back from the 11th century. They fought in every war between France and Germany , several high ranking officers and generals among them., with many medals for bravery in fights.
( French-German war 1870/71 , World War 1,World War II, all the other conflicts in former times, too.)
They had heavy casualties, many men of my family lost their lives in these wars.
It is time to look as such things as history. Unfortunately today there still exists so much hatred between nations. We must try to do it better.
