Insolvency and Administration
Liquidation is the process whereby the life of the company is brought to an end and its assets are realised and distributed to its members and creditors.
There are three types of liquidation:
1) Voluntary liquidation;
2) Creditors liquidation;
3) Compulsory liquidation.
