Pro tip in hammer throw right as you throw you can actually get more distance from pressing the A button to pull a triumph if you can get it off easy WR essentially but it takes practice to get used to but it pays off I got over 90 yards with Egg head it was unbelievable hope this helps you get better practice with this in the future !
