15 min is just so full of cheating at the 1900 range... basically 1 out of 3 opponents has a brand new account, it's just not worth the hassle. 10 min is a bit safer from that kind of stuff, for some reason.
I'm 2000 rated and I would 100% fall for the blumenfeld because I somehow still refuse to study opening theory
