Chance this home is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!! I like you when watching tv I get so relaxed that I fall asleep. My daughter gets tickled at me all the time. I also love the gathering table in the kitchen. I know our family ( me and my daughter, my sister and brother-in-law with my niece, nephew and their families ) would get plenty of use out of it.
This is definitely a favorite of mine! Wow! I like the clean and open lines. It's very "modern" ... almost mid-century modern which I love. The light and expansive feel of this design is spot on!
This style kitchen was called an eat-in kitchen from the 1950’s to 1970’s. My grandmother had one, only it was much smaller and we were comfortably packed in for 3 square meals a day. Next door was a lovely dining room that didn’t get use reception for the big holidays. I love eat-in-kitchens. All the leg room in the bathrooms is wasted space.
When you said gathering area I was thinking it was the one that had the long glass hallway to the left when you walk in. We filmed so many in such a short time some things blend together.
If I could make that into a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house (leave the main bedroom and bathroom -- to die for!!), I would take it. Good price point for all that....love the laundry room, kitchen....but a house that big needs a coat closet by the front door 😊. Thanks for letting us see it, Chance!
Thank you Chance bringing all kinds of homes to view. This home has pluses, but, more minuses that don’t impress me much. That’s why there’s so many floor plans. I prefer not looking into the kitchen when walking into the house. Especially a gathering table in plain view. Have a blessed day

The 2nd washed and dryer should be in a small closet in the bathroom . The heat and moisture will eventually ruin your clothes stored in the closet. Especially the dry clean only clothes.
I really liked that the entry did not open directly into the living room. There is a wall at least. Ideally, there would be an entrance room for shoes and coats, etc. That being said, for that price, 250 large, I would expect an enclosed entry room, 3/4 inch plywood roofing, and 2x6, if not 2x8, exterior walls. There is a lot of fat to be trimmed in that home, but they trimmed where it should not be, but the layout is nice. I would actually consider it if the builders would make structural mods. Chanse, If that large water closet has an electrical outlet I'd plug my beer fridge and TV in there. It will save me the trips, from either way. 😂
Lovely Living & Master Bed Room. I prefer an island & a dining room are for a table tbh, it’s missing a pantry & I can do without the extra washer & dryer, it’s not like it’s a 2 story home. I still want mobile home designers to work on the exterior to make the outside look less like a trailer home & more like a house.
I'd like to see these manufacturers pay more attention to accessibility as choices. Double doors, larger doors to bedrooms and accessible showering and toileting (meaning don't isolate the toilets so people can transfer from wheelchair to toilet). We could have kept my mil home longer with those features and it's going to be a major factor in my choice of homes. I've contacted many of these companies and the ignorance they show when you ask for those modifications is shocking. Another thing I find missing, eat in kitchens. I'm over the open floor plans and separate dining areas. Also, there is rarely a space for a freezer. 4 bedroom home and no freezer space without putting it in front of the fuse box or taking out cabinets and asking for plugins. I'm surprised at the homes in the south compared to up north here. Seems there are a lot more features in the homes up here in the western north. I do like the double laundry. I get sick of teenagers leaving their laundry in the dryer. One of my own would be great.
I like it but I hate those FAKE fp’s- you gonna go all out, put in a wood burning FP, also grew up with table in kitchen, but love the big island for all the baking I do. I also love a separate DR. And that bathtub or fold seat in the shower in master?- it’s a no no for people with pain or disabilities!! Kitchen is lovely bc I Love in wall oven and cook tops. It is roomy and lovely, but just for my taste, a few tweaks is a must!!
I was raised on a farm and we had a table in the kitchen to snap beans and shuck corn and what have you We didn’t have islands we did have a formal dinning-room for family gathering I’m in love with this house!!
We had a table in the kitchen where we prepared food and ate every day meals. Also, it was the perfect spot for the baby seat when we had little ones about.
I absolutely love this home. It has everything I want in a home. I'd take out the 2nd washer and dryer and add shelving for shoe storage. That is my only change.

This house is so stunning, it made my eyes leak... lol But seriously, I LOVE the kitchen, the table in the middle... I even love the gold pulls (& normally I prefer black or brushed nickel)---just the way it is all appointed is PERFECT. I love all the windows, fireplaces, the DRAWERS IN THE BATHROOMS---YES LORD! & the front entrance. I wouldn't necessarily need the W/D in the master, but goodness, this house is close to perfection just as it is! And the price is VERY reasonable for such luxury, space & coziness! Well done, Chase! I really love the layout of this house. I love the laundry room and the bedroom sizes. The eat-in kitchen isn't a favorite and I didn't see a pantry. The master closet has a good layout too. It seems ample. The humidor was a strange extra, must have been a sponsored feature. Finally I liked how the foyer did not open to living room. I think it's a good deal.
I love every aspect of this house EXCEPT for the kitchen in the middle of the kitchen. If you or any one in your family has back or hip issues, sitting at a table with no back support is quite painful, so this wouldn't work for most of the people in my family. If there was another spot to put the table, this house would be perfect. I LOVE how the living room is kitty-corner from the kitchen, it's still nearby, but it feels very separate too. That's my favorite living room / kitchen positioning by far.
To complain about the staging furniture used in a model home is definitely unnecessary, and has absolutely nothing to do with its overall livability. Arthritis and other ailments are the last thing anyone is considering when touring these floorplans at a large annual housing show such as this. For future reference, the carefully chosen furniture and interior design is there merely as a concept. The discomfort of a total stranger is completely inconsequential, as those with children will actually embrace the simplicity of the seating style. Once someone purchases the home, the new owners can choose whatever style of dining room table and chairs that they like in order to accommodate their bad backs, sore knees or whatever other ailment they may have. Therefore it made no sense whatsoever to post such a comment, as it is highly doubtful anyone will dislike this home simply because of the perceived physical pain you will feel. In the future, perhaps it would better to express such extremely personal medical concerns to a doctor instead of to everyone on UA-cam.

I loved the Franklin, this one not so much. I don't like the double front doors, takes up too much space. I would rather have the extra space for the living room. Living room was quite cozy. Not a fan of the way the kitchen had that table. And really??? two sets of laundry equipment? How silly is that? But my biggest pet peeve is the long length of some of the windows, especially in the private areas like bedrooms and bathroom. Not a fan of windows that invade my privacy.
Nice home...needed a pantry. Too much wasted space on main ba. Know one needs a fireplace/tv in ba. I would make that area a storage closet w/o tub. Definitely no washer/dryer in closet - need that space. Love laundryrm.
Wow huge house! Can’t believe how big that bathroom is & laundry! I want a big kitchen but with a regular island not a table. Like all the windows. Why don’t they make all the nice houses with porches etc available in So Dakota? We’re pretty limited. I agree with others, too pricey for a manufactured house unless you find land to put it on! & depending on location it won’t depreciate in value. It needs to be a modular instead.
It’s pretty and so updated. People don’t realize how influxed the market is, manufactured prices have to rise due to the other market prices. This is still a 200k house max to me. It’s tight in Alof of places, and I don’t know if I want to go from my fridge around a table where my kids are coloring or something to go to my stove

Yes I would change the table in the kitchen and make space for a dinning room. And the only other thing I would change is I would have to have a pantry for certain.
This is a beautiful home. I love the master bath! And the fact that it’s a 4 bedroom is amazing! Only con for me is no island in the kitchen and no dining space. But still an awesome home!

Ohh both the comments cracked me up and this home.. has to be world's championship finalist winner in design. Huge yes. Nice size. Black. Yuckkk. Can ask for different cabinets that is not white. Also wall green! Wow so happy to see W and D in WIC! MY DREAM to have it in there! I see that it is two laundry rooms. I can tell you why. Due to overcrowding and housing crisis due to costs and demands. Homeowner can spend time live and wash in bedroom more as other room tenants in other rooms can do laundry in separate room. The picnic table like dinning in kitchen is excellent for young generation and college students can dine there. This feels it is designed for college residential area and city dwellers. Double front door. See a fraternity or sorority would have this a party house. Or large family with 15 kids. Yes something like that here.

Absolutely beautifully decorated home. However it’s feels choppy in the flow of the house, like a maze. I asked myself why many times while watching.
I loved the Franklin, this one not so much. I don't like the double front doors, takes up too much space. I would rather have the extra space for the living room. Living room was quite cozy. Not a fan of the way the kitchen had that table. And really??? two sets of laundry equipment? How silly is that? But my biggest pet peeve is the long length of some of the windows, especially in the private areas like bedrooms and bathroom. Not a fan of windows that invade my privacy.

Nice home...needed a pantry. Too much wasted space on main ba. Know one needs a fireplace/tv in ba. I would make that area a storage closet w/o tub. Definitely no washer/dryer in closet - need that space. Love laundryrm.

Wow huge house! Can’t believe how big that bathroom is & laundry! I want a big kitchen but with a regular island not a table. Like all the windows. Why don’t they make all the nice houses with porches etc available in So Dakota? We’re pretty limited. I agree with others, too pricey for a manufactured house unless you find land to put it on! & depending on location it won’t depreciate in value. It needs to be a modular instead.
It’s pretty and so updated. People don’t realize how influxed the market is, manufactured prices have to rise due to the other market prices. This is still a 200k house max to me. It’s tight in Alof of places, and I don’t know if I want to go from my fridge around a table where my kids are coloring or something to go to my stove
