  • This video provides 10 steps to troubleshooting symptoms on IM and Presence that will narrow the scope of the problem or possibly fix issues.
    As an additional note to the steps in the video, here's a CLI command that can be used for obtaining a list of service trace levels from IM and Presence:
    run sql select one.nameforcontrol as service, two.name as trace_level, three.enable, three.servername from typeservice as one, typetracelevelgrouping as two, processnodeservice as three where one.enum=three.tkservice AND two.tktracelevelgroups=one.tktracelevelgroups AND three.tracelevel=two.value

    Hi, my presence show this is error "Error Occurred While retrieving information from database. The connection to the CUCM Publisher is down." , you can help please?
