This SAKAWA MEN AND WOMEN do not pay TAXES. If they all pay TAXES they will only have one house and one car. Some people in the country in higher positions also do not pay TAXES some own companies but for some years now have pay any TAXES to the GHANA GOVERNMENT but they all complain about the condition of the ROADS AND SCHOOLS .
