The domesticated island of Hulhumale’ set 8km off the North East coast of Male’, the capital of Maldives is 6.5km away from Velana International airport, Hulhule’. A causeway joins the 2.4km long and 1km wide Hulhumale’ to the airport island.

Everybody is just walking distance from the beach. Very nice!
No one really walks tho, it's just too hot to walk around, you'll be soaking wet in sweat. Usually people drive motorbikes or take the bus
I was here for two years in 2005 n 2006 ... So many changes could see now.. the Central mosque in circle shape was on construction stage by the time... One hospital one police station near to that place and one school and nothing much we had that time.. I stayed right opposite of the mosque flat .. it was on second building from the last .. nice feeling n happy to revisit the place where I learnt the experience for what am now...
The development in the Maldives (Hulhumale and Male) looks impressive. Most people when they think of the Maldives would have a picture in the their minds that Maldives is all about tropical paradise islands.

afaik, most of the islands are not inhabited, i.e. no streets, no cars, no shops, no humans -> tropical paradise

I also live in hulumale and my house is pink and red flat and it is very good in hulumale and male is also very good there are lot of homes like phase 2 phase 1 and i can also see central park and my dhombe is making a Indian restaurant make sure to visited guys the owner is giving my dhombe the restaurant and guys hulumale is the best there are lot of schools like ghazzee school and more make sure to visit hulumale if anyone found this pls read it

How far is it from the island of the main city, the Capital city Male.
It is just few kilometers (10 minutes ride) away from Malé city and is now connected by a bridge.

Sure there are many jobs that you can apply to and good salary comes back for your hard work and you get paid every moth so save up and your wife can apply to any school as teacher i would prefer rehendi school where i am from.
