Thank you so much for your useful videos. I think it will be more appropriate to frame your sentence as :
Produce 300,000 litres of Nettle and sell it at the separation point because the incremental revenue earned from further processing Nettle is less than the incremental cost.Produce 200,000 litres of Monkey which will be further processed into 180,000 (200,000 x 90%) litres of Monkeyplus because the incremental revenue earned from further processing Monkey exceeds the incremental cost.
so this will support below optimal production plan as company need to produce 300000 Nettle and sell at separation point and 180000 Monkey will be processed further. Thanks

In part a(ii) in profit statement, the normal loss revenue from monkeyplus in my opinion is 36666.67 not 33000. As 220000 litres is after 10% loss. So the loss litres would be 220000/0.9*0.1=24444.44 litres. which make normal loss revenue of 36666.67(24444.44*1.5). Kindly correct me if i am wrong. your free webinars are very helpful. thank you so much sir.

Wont we also use revenue for monkeyplus as 220,000 * 29 ???

the cost of $4,500,000 for Nettle and $3,300,000 for Monkeyplus include all the variable and fixed cost.
