Astral plane is tremendously big with no end of space and planets in it. This can be reached only when a seeker loss the the conscius of 9 doors of physical body and be conscious of 10th door at eye centre(ONLY WITH HELP OF TRUE SAINT). When a seeker meditates in astral body(just like in physical body), he loses awareness of astral body and astral world, a new world opens called as brahmpad(OM-TIRKUTI) or causal plane(knwledge of cause of everything is present here) . Seeker who awakes to this 3rd state of awareness(brahmpad) is brahmgyanii. This is the final higher awakeful which could be reached by meditation(effort or yog-sadhna). No effort can be done beyond brahmpad , thus no meditation can make u enter spiritual regions. Only the power which prevails in spiritual regions can make u reach in these regions. That power is the ULTIMATE PULL which rules the spiritual regions. This ultimate pull can only&only be experienced in the company of TRUE-SAINT who have come from spiritual regions beyond brahmpad calles as PAR-BRAHM. This ULTIMATE-PULL cant be described even in brahmpad or astral level then how can we describe it in physical level. But SAINTS have tried to explain it by comparing it with the most pure thing in the physical world i.e. LOVE. Hence when this ULTIMATE PULL comes , seeker loses awareness of brahmpad and awakens into higher awareness of spiritual regions where one have no mind , no senses and no physical body. These regions have NO-TIME(beyond KAAL) , NO-SPACE(thus its called SHOONYA means nothing is there even space around oneself doesnt exist). But eventhough we cant think it with our MINDS but there is a subtler part of our TRUE-SELF( other than mind&senses) which can enjoy that spiritual region awareness, that is called SOUL. BUT WITHOUT TRUE-SAINT , EVERY THING DONE IS OF NO USE BECOZ IF SEEKER DOESNT CROSS BRAHMPAD ,HE REMAINS IN A TRAP OF KAAL(power controlling 3 worlds:- brahmpad, astral, physical).
