Sir how is critical care medicine at TATA. It being an oncology institute is it true that exposure to other fields of critical care medicine is less and that will be a drawback when compared to ccm at hinduja or other top hospitals providing dnb
Not at all..its world class training in critical care medicine and also research. Only issue is hectic duty schedule. Later in life you will be very much respected and get good packages from all good corporates.

Aur yaha dr se jyada padhai ka matlab he kafi logo ne nursing+Pharma+medical lab ,8-9 sal padhai ki hoti he Kai degree hoti he lekin fir bhi wo doctor nhi ..aur ek BNYS aur dusre Ayush Wale dr .. Thik he md ms MBBS ke barabar nhi lekin junior dr ke rup me bhi pehchan ho skti he jinhone paramedical me 2,3 degree ki hui he

Atleast do md anesthesia if you r not doing md medicine
If you are not able to make into PG entrance. You go for MRCP. or MRCEM. Fellowship after MBBS will not give you respected job.
