That KV-4 game is one of the most amazing I've seen.
stiimuli Well he didnt really played like a god. It was the regular of two donkey teams vs each other and the only reason he won was that he was a KV4 and was top tier.
When it was 1 vs 5, there were 3 artys one T6 and a bot T8....T150 got no hope of damaging him, artyshave to be lucky to kill him.
You saw the bishop with a direct hit just blowing his tracks up. SU didnt even shoot him.
Give him a tank with less armor and without botting scumbags and he would have lost.
TheHarakon Of course he didn't play like a god. In fact, he played terribly (resulting in 10 failed shots, among other things). Everyone in that replay pretty much played terribly. It came down to which tank is the hardest one to kill. Turns out it was the KV-4.
Igor Horvat Sorry we aren't all super unicorns and we don't flash our dick-horn dangling down our forehead. It was fun to watch and pretty well played, it's easy to say he didn't do perfectly, watching the replay, but would you have done better in game ? i believe not, just judging by your comments, you would have been too busy flaming your team to actually think about carrying the game.
GHKiwi I am not unicum, I got a WN8 of 1950. I am only flaming my team if I am lowest tier and do the most damage....Or when someone with over 30k games still doenst know that Russian tanks are not for the 2nd line.
You say it was fun to watch...Yes indeed it was, but the its definetly not "the best game out there", not even in this channel. I mean hey he shot 10 tanks so its a good game. All Igor and I were saying was: It wasnt due to his superior gameplay or outstanding performance of KV4 gameplay. It was due to the fact that he was a Top tier kv4 with stronk armor and nice gun for this tier and that most of his opponents were not other heavy top tier tanks or tankdestroyers.
If you dont see this, you should watch the Replay again.
GHKiwi 10 failed shots in mostly close range combat and you call the replay "well played"?
Just look at the shot on 12:45, firing on the move at an extreemly sloped lower plate. You don't have to be a super unicorn to realise that that's never gonna penetrate. You call that "well played"?
Or 15 seconds later driving flat sideways around the corner and aiming at the track (again, never gonna pen). Well played?
Those are just two examples among many mistakes. A "well played" replay will never contain such newbie mistakes.

Funny Farmer It's improving it got WN8 of 11.33 after 9 days and 2010 battles. 1 battle every 6 min for 9 days -> WG is actively chasing bots....
+Funny Farmer hey, his stats are getting better... he now has 6.4k battles with a 23 wn8 rating :D he also has some tier 9 tanks which he has great stats in... great compared to the rest of his stats...

The KV-4 is an absolutely great tank until people start to load the gold, you can;t angle against that and in most engagements that is actually how you meet your end.
It's a very situational tank but still a lot of fun to drive.
I did free XP the top gun on my KV-4 because you can actually mount that in the stock turret and on the stock suspension.

No you can't, not with that big tumor on your turret and an angle greater than 45 doesn't work.
Cobra6 Gaming I was talking about angling hull armour, if you angle at 20 degrees or less when side scraping for example, auto bounce occurs 100% of the time, except HE cus nobody seems to agree on how it works

But that is the problem, you can not effectively sidescrape with tanks that have weak turrets. The E-50M is great for sidescraping for instance until you actually want to shoot the enemy as well because then they'll just blast through your 185mm turret front.
The KV-4 works great when sidescraping but if you want to fire the gun you'll also expose the massive weakspot on top of the turret and possibly your hull front.
Now against opponents that shoot AP ammo that works but when they see you most enemies will just load gold.
Cobra6 Gaming i'm that guy, my caenarvon can't brawl with a kv-4 head on so i just load my stock of prem and buy my way out :( sorry, only way i can make the caenarvon work as a heavy tank because it's just a slower fatter centurion (which i also have) :D

Sharpclawasaurus it's not. The confusion, I think, came from the motion physics test a few months ago in which everyone for some reason was calling it the 9.7 physics test. Apparently the new motion physics isn't coming anytime soon.

And what's wrong with the 122mm gun on the KV-4? It's like a better armored IS-6. I actually prefered the 122 on KV-4, no gold ammo of course because why. IS-6 and WZ-111 both use the 122mm gun with 175mm of pen and ~10s reload and both are VERY formidable machines.
What happened to him with arty happens to me more often with sniper guns than the russian 122.

IS-6 can meet many other problematic tanks in Tier 9 as well. Don't forget Tier 10 also has softly armored tanks as well. There's not much difference between tier 9 and 10 aside from the health pool and more idiots.

BljesakiOluja Tier 10 also have those softly armored tanks with guns able to wreck a hole clean through the hull of the KV-4, so the IS-6 wouldn't stand a chance to those very same guns. IS-6 is also more maneuverable then a KV-4 can dream off, the D25-T is a bad gun for the KV-4, it was barely usable on the KV-3. The long 107 you get at the end is what turns the KV-4 from 'Sad Panda' to 'Upgraded KV-5, fuck with me now bitches.' It'll still struggle at Tier 10 but with more Average pen, it'll be able to dish back out damage more reliably.
He FINALLY got some good luck at the end there with that fire. RNG taketh, and RNG giveth.

Procrastinator7 saw somebody selling an account with all the tier 10 tanks researched and a load of t10 heavys bought, was saying it had 10 mil credits and all %100 crews, was for $1399.
If he botted to get there, he definitely made a profit.
TheRancidMarshmallow Yes, good accounts sell for good money but I don't think many people will pay much for a 10 WN8 account with 38% win rate. You would have to play like crazy for at least a year to get that up to a respectable level.

WOT is getting really boring. I'm starting to miss Red Orchestra one (particularly with the Darkest Hour mod). Much bigger maps, and many more of them. Infantry. Sometimes 64 players. Independent servers. User mods. Better scenery. No grinding. Smoke shells. Machine guns.
But what really gets me is playing the same old WOT maps again and again. The predictable gameplay is turning me into a bot. So I've uninstalled and may check it out next year - if it is still around.

Dougla Don To me new tanks and HD remodels of old tanks is just wasted development time that could have been spent on new, bigger maps. Jingles does a very good job of making WOT sound exciting but when I actually play a game it's just the same old same old.
There's one thing they could do to get some more life out of the tired old maps and that is to vary the starting positions of the teams more. It doesn't matter if one team had a slight advantage because this adds to the challenge and it all evens out over time. They could even have a smaller defending team in a good position.

JuhaEerikki If the MM is rigged then check my graphs on noobmeter and explain why I was never nerfed. My stats have been rising consistently for 10k games with no massive dips.
That KV4 video was probably one of the best videos I have ever saw, hands down. RNG was with him at the end, sure. But he played well when he was alone. Good job bud! Well deserved!
Neogenex Well played? Which part was actually well played? I'm really puzzled by your comment. He failed to connect 10 shots due to his terrible aiming and he made 3 huge game losing mistakes (he didn't lose only due to sheer luck). #1 - he was too passive against the T-150 which could've allowed the T-44 and arty to gang up on him. 2# He left arty cover before getting unspotted which could've allowed arty to plant a shell into him. 3# He wasted a ton of time fiddling around above the T-44 which meant he didn't have enough time to load and fire 3 shells he needed to kill him. How can you call that well played?

That stock KV-4 grind is somewhere between Sisyphus and Atlas-levels of carrying a giant Soviet weight. But when it's upgraded, she's great.

Brief description for you about the T-54 mod. 1: It's a T-44 with 120mm of frontal armor, just like the T-54 has. Also I think the turret has been slightly modified armor wise. Due to the increased weight it is a bit slower than the T-44.

That KV-4 Game, You could've play over a Million games and you wouldn't be able to replicate it, 6 Seconds before Draw being able to kill the last tank that had more Health then you could be able to destroy before Draw, That game was AMAZING,

Thankful I don't remember the stock KV-4 grind, but I had a pretty good time using the weight to pin an IS-3 to a wall and put shot after shot into the top of his turret w/o taking return dmg
