It seems like a simple project but might take many trials to get it right. Many pitfalls like, straw diameter too small to support the wheel, body too large for the balloon to push. I have been helping my little to do her projects and we have tried many versions but yet to get it right. I guess materials and precision in measurements really count. Thanks for sharing.

I just made this!! Also something you can also do is instead of using a rubber band (which I didn’t have and didn’t want to spend money) so I used tape and I had my dad hold it the balloon and straw in place and wrap a tight piece of tape.
