Oh no! We were there four nights and honestly really liked it. No issues except the battery died on our front lock so they had to come let us in and change it the one night. And one time security came in saying a sensor said one of the pictures had been moved or something which was very strange. We liked Vdara though! I would definitely stay there again.
@@Spot_Wright I can’t decide whether or not to recommend encore/Wynn, because that hotel is life changing and will spoil every other one to you. We can’t decide where to go next. We plan on going to everyone but circus circus and excalibur, but Wynn broke us. It has ruined every property in that city for us. You should check it out. I found it to be less expensive than the Cosmo.
Got a deal on a Stay Well Studio Parlour (less than a thousand USD/night + about 400USD in takes and reesort fess, but this is to be expected, its Vegas after all) and jumped on it. It is not billed as "Stay Well Studio Parlour Fountain View" so I'm guessing those are sold out as they are not coming up at all. I did ask for a Bellagio fountain view (It can't hurt to ask, right?) Here's hoping Vdara will be the turn-around in my Vegas experiences, lol!
It doesn't hurt to try and get an upgrade at check-in as well. You can always try and do the $20 trick! Just ask if there are any complimentary upgrades available or even see how much more it would be to get an upgrade to the Bellagio view. It could come available by then! Good luck 🤞🏻
Great video! I'm honestly considering a strip view room at VDara for my trip in May. Venetian and Cosmo are both $700/night plus so either I splurge (probably on Venetian) and know that room service will be pricey (but maybe worth it for a two night stay?) or I try out a strip view room at VDara. Not too keen on how far it is from the strip, but hoping the Cosmo and Bellagio walkways will stay open and I can make use of those. Curious how hot they will get in the Vegas heat 😉
The walkways are great and truly made it so much more convenient. We stayed there again in January (review coming soon) and found it so much easier to get to and from the strip and other properties. Vdara is definitely a hidden gem but I'd personally choose the studio parlor over the studio. We found the studio parlor to be a much better room. Also, Venetian/Palazzo and Cosmo are my favourites so you have great taste in my opinion!
@@RealKevGotEm no I live in Toronto. I just love Vegas and go a lot. Usually we just pay for our flights and get free hotel rooms. We usually stay for about 9 days or so so I can stay at a couple of different places, eat at different places, etc. and then make videos when I get home ☺️

My sister and brother in law stayed there one night and kei flooded the shower. I remember plumbing issues at the aria, too.

looks like a nice place but I like being in a place with a casino, that's just me. I can see people loving Vdara though for sure.

But I don’t understand is is Vdara part of aria or Bellagio
It's a standalone property but it's considered a sister property to Aria. It's physically connected to Bellagio and now Cosmo though.
