I've been cleaning skulls on the side for 5 years now and the quickest way to help the process is cut as much meat and tissue off as you can and always get that jaw bone off

Cut as much meat off as possible. Simmer, don't boil. I use an ammo can. The dish soap seems to cut grease so I use it. Pull out every so often and cut and pull meat away and put back in the pot. A pair of hemostats works good for pulling meat and other soft material out of tight places. Only pressure wash when it looks like almost everything off because pressure washing is messy. When finished, stuff cavities with cotton balls and wrap entire skull (minus antlers) with white T-shirt. Place in shallow pan (I use old roasting pan) and pour in regular drug store hydrogen peroxide keeping below level of antlers. The cotton balls and T-shirt wick up the peroxide so that entire skull stays wet even if not submerged. Let sit overnight and the next day it will be bright white. Don't use bleach which will soften bones.
