Honda Passport C70 Engine Stuck Will It Run?

I found this bike in a back yard with one wheel in the grave and the other on the scrap pile. I can't stand to see a classic motorcycle be crushed so, I decided to bring it home and show this bike some much needed attention.

awesome! i wonder how the bolt got in there?? cant fit thru valve.... hmm

yes it can fit through the intake valve.
