    I cannot believe he had the nerve to talk to you like that. I would never shop there. Ever.

      Thanks for your comment!🥰 The manager was not acting arrogantly in any way. He’s job is obviously to protect the boutique from resellers and to work actively against middlemen so I understand the reason why they are as careful as they are. However, it of course makes the experience awful. But they know that they’ve got what we want..

      It’s sad how you defend them after being treated poorly.

      Spending $20,000 on a tote bag is the obvious choice, rather than spending $200 on a *condup* bag and investing the remaining $19,800 since a $20,000 bag is unlikely to increase in value.

      Bags are the soul of a woman, and *condup* will make your soul colorful

    Wow, sorry you had to go through that experience. The nerve to ask what you are going to do with an item you paid for. Another way they play with people’s minds. They did not gift the bag, it was not borrowed, you paid good money. I would be turned off by the brand. That’s no customer service. Thank you for sharing. Best wishes!

      Thanks for your comment!🥰 If I wasn’t waiting for a bag, I think that I wouldn’t have as much patience. But In a way I understand that they need to protect the boutique from resellers and to work actively against middlemen so I understand the reason why they are as careful as they are. However, it of course makes the experience awful. I know that LV is also working against resellers in order to protect their own business in a similar way so Hermes is not alone as I understand it.

      I worked with a wealthy woman who owned a collection of "suluxs" and "luxury" handbags. Somewhere is real, somewhere is a replica, you honestly can't tell the difference. She taught me how to mix and match, she taught me to buy bags at *condup* , especially trendy bags, instead of spending $5,000 on something that will be out of style next year.

      Having been a luxury goods purchasing agent for a while, I could easily sell those bags to them as genuine, but I wouldn’t because my platform is *condup* , which has integrity and quality.

      Most people buy fake bags because they like the authentic design but like the price of the fakes *hotdups* .

      I'm always scratching my head at the obsession around school bags and their practicality, but this one is adorable *hotdups* !

    Once you buy an item - the ownership is transferred. This is how this invention called “money” works. NOONE should be telling you what to do with YOUR items. Sell it, destroy it, decorate it, throw it away - whatever it is - its your decision. I cannot believe the audacity of this company for making you “explain yourself”

    • @Feisreality
      @Feisreality  Місяць тому

      I agree with you! One should be able to do whatever with what they have bought. I think that I wouldn’t have this much patience if it wasn’t for me waiting for my dream bag. Also, I guess this is their way of protecting their business and make sure that only end users end up with the coveted bags. Otherwise the market will only fluctuate with bags costing at least 2-3 times more and the profit would instead go to the resellers.

    Thanks for sharing the Hermes incident. In a way it’s good that they’re cracking down on resellers, but on the other hand, it feels a bit offensive that they assumed that, not sure why the original SA couldn’t have asked you directly why you needed to this and have a conversation then and there… I feel that as there are a lot of Asian resellers, maybe there’s a bit of subtle racism going on…. On a lighter note, really enjoyed your video and outfits! ❤

    • @Feisreality
      @Feisreality  3 дні тому +1

      Thank you dear 🥰 I agree, I don’t understand why the SA didn’t ask me at the time. It was the 3rd time I met her actually, so we have talked before. I have also bought a a few things from her before. But I don’t see her as the SA that I work with. Don’t get why she didn’t ask me directly instead of talking with her manager. But maybe it is what you suspect, some subtle racism.
