It’s a great plan by Imagine Homes and my clients did a great job putting money into the upgrades like the kitchen. I could not tell you the pice as is because my clients have been building this from dirt for the last 10 months. Imagine Homes has one for sale for just over 1M but I don’t know the upgrades in it.
The Sqft for the plan 2 is 4237. Imagine homes is selling another plan 2 in this community for $1,052,600. Texas is a none disclose state and as you can see, my clients put quite a few upgrades into this house. They also got it under contract 10 months ago and our prices have gone up. I would expect this home would be around $1.1M today.
