Both have tons of hours on them. Love them. Just got the new 20lb hm1203c compared to my old and any of the competitors specs look great cant wait to try it out. I do remodel and plumbing work.

I got to be honest I use this hat demolition Hammer this weekend first time using it but I used it to break down three pillars that I had in my front yard had to they were already destroyed had to break them down so they can take them I'm talking about 4 ft pillars that had to be taken down because they were full concrete. But I didn't realize that this tool is 70 lb oh yeah I was able to pick it up and now my arms are hurting right now sore
You know I got to be honest today was the first time I use a Makita demolition hammer it was awesome but I didn't realize it weighed 70 lb the one that the guy one within the contest that's the one I used I had to break down three concrete pillars today with block if I had to get rid of them there was no choice the footing had a lot of concrete tough concrete you can break with a sledgehammer had to actually use this tool first time using it people say are you scared not really because it was awesome I've seen demolition hammers before but the other one the hand tool one but I actually used the Jackhammer style demolition hammer I was actually cool but the only promise to position the tool to chip with rock is hard to do
