I think, its when stress and anxiety rules us then procrastination takes a stand. That's the reason probably why we feel tired and frustrated dealing with situations. So probably if we can manage our stress and anxiety, it would be easier to get rid of procrastination.

The sheets are out and i could finally work on my first patient as a psychologist. i had forgotten to like the story the last time so i just came to like it as it helped me a lot. 😭 This made me remember all the things in my life i deemed pointless and put to the side because of societal pressure saying nothing maters more than a job and school. I let go so manny of my childhood hobby interests because of no money, family doubting my desire to succeed, and other bad things in my environment.
But now i am an adult and can hopefully pick up where i left off.

OLDER PERSON here my experience is that “ ALL BEHAVIORS “ teach a lesson some good and some bad. The trick is to learn from both by retracing your steps to the outcome.
