EMR services to Nottingham and Corby do stop but the fast services don't stop here

Correct. Nottingham is on a limited basis throughout though :) (A)

Sutton is in Greater London and the Luton to Rainham service to my knowledge only operates Mon to Sat and Sunday the Rainham service terminates at Kentish Town.

Thameslink trains do go to Orpington unless they terminate at Kentish Town

I know that Thameslink services go to Orpongton, but that service would terminate at London Blackfrias and would begin at the same station.
