I know where the "when did u become my wife" line from Sam comes from the season 2 episode iMust Have Locker 239 the episode where Sam and Freddie have to share locker 239 which was built 10× larger then a regular locker in which both Sam and Freddie win in a.contest, Sam said that line when Freddie confronted her about what she has done with locker as she has transformed the locker into a huge hang out area and her response to Freddies freak out was "when did you become my wife"
Actually, Carly also said it to Spencer in the same episode where she asked Spencer to teach her how to draw a bunny but Spencer made her draw a lot of random stuff which doesn't involve drawing a bunny so she secretly enrolled to a community art class and when Spencer found a sketchbook in her bag and confronted her about it, Carly said that line to him. Lol.

I remember it went on fire and then the fire department said they were not going to come and put out Spencer’s fires anymore so he had to try and win them over so they would keep coming because we all know that is not the last time spencer started a fire 😂
