Just stumbled on this video. you did really nice work! Im thinking about going this route on my 88 MCSS. My question is would you have though about going with the 6.86? or is the 12 the only reasonable option to keep it looking nice?
I just bought a Dominator Holley and the 12 inch dash for my GN. Do you use the speedometer cable that runs up to the dash because I can't get that cable out with out breaking the inner white part of the dash that held together the speedo unit. Please help 🙏
I removed it completely, I ordered the dash with the GPS antenna and I have an electric speed signal generator where the cable used to go into the transmission as a back-up.
@VenomGT87 I finally got ahold of Holley I was on hold for an hour. But that's what they told me also. Since I'm running a 400 transmission. Thanks again
Very nice job on the dash work and your trans cooler my friend

Very nice! You do great work 👍🏼 would you be able to tell me the part numbers that you used like for the screen and dash retrofit harness? Thanks!
I do have a stock ECM not sure if that matters?

There is a tab holding it in place you need to push it down while wiggling the end and then it releases.
@VenomGT87 Do you still use the stock speedo cable or do you just tuck it under the dash
