Does the distance matter between the runner and the killers as for the kill streak?
Like there are definitely times where if im further back that the mobs spawn more consistently but the runner i was with said if im too far back he wont get the kill streak...

At the end of your run (when out of time), when you are going on and continue to activate the shrines; for you of course, there is no shards dropping as we can see on the video, but does it means the others still have the shards dropping for them (or is that just to help them to kill mobs without interruptions, no immunes on their way) ??

Ok just trying to understand how this works: your time is up but you continue. Is that bc the rest of the party's timers are still running? If so, guess everyone needs to communicate when they're done? And do you think Massacre would be beneficial for these runs?

This game mode is stressing me out so badly because I don't understand how others are making so much and I am making so little. I've been trying so much but can barely break 600. I noticed you ran out of time and barely made 200 so are you saying the other guys in your squad got the high amounts of shards? Once you ran out of time you kept running around and killing stuff and destroying the tower? Why? Is the time up for just you and the others still have time? I really don't get it at all. Try to extend the timer with the little orbs 8 seconds and 10 seconds got that. Keep destroying towers to allow you to kill the mobs got that. Pick up all the shards you can afterwards got that. What am I doing wrong? Maybe others in my squad are getting higher amounts? How can you see what everyone is making?
hey man, i literally explained every question you asked, in the video. But i will write out some answers here. My teammates got 2k+, with one at 1700. I was not going for my own points, i was the tower runner.
Yes when my time is up, me getting towers and helping team still helps. I purposefully am not worrying about my shards, i am the weakest on my team, my job is to run and get towers for people so they cant extend their streak. Min maxing your movements, ability casts, and damage, is going to be where your difference will come from. Doing this solo will significantly damage your ability to compete with scores. you need a team of 4 for this. use the 2x zone, kill bosses, yellows, oranges, always. abilities that are insta cast and will dps an area are helpful as you can leave them behind or ahead of you and keep moving. cheers goodluck. takes time to get good at it.
@@DMTVClips thankyou for taking the time to answer. Yeh I didn't quite catch that part about your team mates making all the shards I thought I would see you making a lot as well. All good. Makes sense. I still don't understand why you continued to destroy towers once the time was up as there are no more shards dropping? I think? I have no idea. Yeh I've run it about 17 times in combo duo, trio and four and by myself. Maybe 2.5 hours total? Definitely not something that comes naturally or easily to me for sure. I'll keep perservering but today I'm burned out by it cause it's just not my thing and it's making me feel bad not good. Everyone else is getting it but me so Im guessing it's not my game. Thankyou though. :)
@@bfam6066yeh I hear you. Definitely need a good coordinated party for it which is damned hard to find. Just enjoy the game your way and don’t worry about what others are doing.

DM thx for posting this video bc if you watch what's happening on your run is happening to me. at a certain point my instance bugs. when i click towers shards do not drop, which was happening to you. i no longer get kill streak notifications and i appear to have infinite light, even though i can't see the light.
are you a Monk? This happens to me too where at first the gold bar on the middle shows up but then it will no longer reset nor drop shards even you still have time running. And based on our observations it looks like it only happens on Monk classes.
@Randelle Yumang yes, figured out bug. when you use shield of zen and create defensive shield it messes up and completely bugs out the pillars, shards, pillars. my assumption is this for any defensive shield, which is why it was happening to DM in the video. as for monk , if you run the main hand that turns zen into damage you can avoid bug, which means u can run the chest as well and pensive crown helm

@@SheLuvMeNot got it confirmed that shield of zen is the one causing it. Was able to get shards and the gold bar resets every time I hit the tower. Hopefully they can fix it immediately.
curse tower has a lot of legendary drop and expe is so good🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Wish it had been explained in game better. As in it doesn’t explicitly say you have to be in a group. And it doesn’t explicitly say that ranking is based on highest shards in one purification. It doesn’t count how many you get in total only in one play through. Frustrating.

I HATE it so far. Feels like those maths questions for homework where everyone else knows the answer andhow to do the formula and I don't. Less fun than BG for me. Level 615 Crusader with 2500 Res and 13780 CR. I would have preferred a new zone and a new dungeon.

Yes there’s no cr but reso runners have a distinct advantage.

They didn't coordinate. I'd get the tower, they'd take the shards. They bad mounted me because I couldn't do it right. Because they spoke bad things about me, I stopped playing with them. I'm here to enjoy myself, not be slandered.
