Not really, Coke studio is way superior. I think we should stop unnecessary comparisons. Both mediums are promoting Pakistani music and the fact is that such platforms exist today because of Coke studio that started it all.
Just had a thrill and goosebumps. There was essense of Toh Phir ao when he started. And yashal Shahid she is such a talented singer. She just needs one song to showcase what she is capable of I could almost see her holding back. Coke studio , this and just waiting for nescafe basement. Umair's album rockstar without guitar is cherry on top. Loving the music coming out of my Homeland.
