I’m a final year chemical engineering student, I’m planning to start with CIPS level 3 or level 4. Since I’ve no background of BBA or SC. I also don't have any professional experience. What do you suggest? I should go with level 3 or 4?

Self study is good enough. Just manage sample questions and book scan copy and join different CIPS groups.
