I have seen a lot of scenes from that movie by now and many of them were really impressive. Take for example the scene when Tony Jaa entered the restaurant. The whole scene when he went up the stairs are made without any cut, and he even threw people down from the stairs. It is really awesome, just like the fight in the restaurant after that. So I can not understand why this fight is so awkward and unrealistic. Actually the movie appears to be way better than that - may be they have gone tired.

To hear all the bad boys having their bones broken, covering the floor afterwards, unable to fight on ... and then these stupid wrestlers, being literally crushed ... Entertainment at its very best! Fight against big guy Nathan jones? is probably best way to take down such a muscle beast. the head & his nuts lol.

Vrall Little late on the reply. But still, for most scenes the arms are actually bent with the joints, not against them, sound effects are added for the bone breaking. For the scenes that require actual "broken" bones, they use fake arms and such.
