It's poetic how Todd is the one who ends up opening all the doors for Blair and makes her the Queen of Llanview....

I always loved Todd & Blairs building friendship scenes. I also loved how comfy they are swapping their stories. Blair really cares a lot about him already. That's why it's so sad that she lied to him. He would have so given her the money to at least run melador. Esp if she told him he was the heir to the lord fortune. At first I thought Blair um how could u ask Todd to just run over to Marty's like 2 buddies. I mean yea " think about it Blair " I then thought maybe Blair forgot Todd raped Marty b/c she doesn't see that side of him anymore b/c of how comfortable she feels w/ him. Like this guy that's so good to her & not violent at all w/ her or scary can't be that brutal frat boy who did something so hideous. I know the whole key to the Todd phenomena & rh showing his talent b/c of such an intense serious crime he portrayed is why he stayed on & we road the wave of his evolution but at the same time u wish he didn't rape Marty b/c he Blair & Marty could have had w/o the rape an explosive triangle. Then again at least it was OK for Blair & Todd to be come a supercouple b/c they were the town pariah 's who understood eachother & had a lot in common. It's also ironic that after Todd had his fire side chat w/ Marty where they come full circle to heal those wounds he told Blair " Marty & I just found we had a lot in common " maybe it's why Blair responded " omg ur in love w/ her aren't u " b/c that's how she felt about them that they had a lot in common. Fascinating

it's amazing how they can just...talk to each other here. a lot of the appeal of their relationship is that it's such an emotional rollercoaster and a clusterfuck but there's this great sense of calm before the storm in these scenes that's really refreshing.

I love how Todd pretends to yawn when Blair tells him that she grew up in an orphanage. "I'm sorry, points for you."
