Awesome hack for me who has chosen up to now not use the block F because my hands are small and never been successful. So now Kelly I thank you for sharing this technique when using this block. Thank thank you
Well, Kelly, you did it again!! These cards are really AWESOME!! The Birch background is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for the Nature theme! I especially liked the “coloring portion” of this video as you brought the animals “to life” w/your blending!! You’ve really inspired me even more so today with it! Hands down, BOTH CARDS are WINNERS! I love the simplicity yet the sentiments have such an impact! :-))). With SU supporting Mental Health with the purchase of the set, it is just a “Win-Win”! I LOVE THAT!! TFS & HAPPY STAMPIN’ n’ CREATIN’!! Off to check out the Blog Hop AND ORDER THE NATURE’S BEAUTY Set! Have a FABULOUS DAY n’ ENJOY your bike ride, too! Wave to the deer for me! :-))
Loved your cards. That birch background on the cajun paper also reminded me of tiger markings. I could totally see using that combination for a zoo scrapbook layout.
Good morning 😃☕️ Thanks for the tip about the color lifter. I’ve never used it for that. Just when I screw up 😳. I love them both. And a shout out to Stampin Up for helping others in need.
I got this because of the donation to mental health. I’m a psychologist so felt it was a necessity. Also, LOVE the set! A good twofer! I use the Well said all the time!
Nature's Beauty is the stamp set, but video name is Nature's best- got a bit confused. I've "adopted" a senior to send cards to on FB "from the heart", need to send at lease 1 a month. Needed more masculine cards. thanks! I found that I had a fox, laying on ground in the SU set "the wilderness Awaits" along with a buck and hunting dog, so will use that for now. There is also "Noble Deer" set.
You can always go to the link under the video in the DESCRIPTION. When you click on that it will take you to my blog where you can see all the details and the photos of the cards I'm featuring. Beautiful cards! I do not have the Stamp n blends as I am sensitive to alcohol, can you suggest an alternative to coloring the animals? thank you.
Thanks Deborah! I would recommend an Aqua Painter and ink in the lid. That will work fine.
Now you could have given us a song there.”Doe a deer,”😂☺️
