This won't happen in Mass for at least another 50+ years. We have smart houses now but it's not to this level and it's very expensive. So most people can't afford it as of yet.
Future seems reach deeper comfort but also there is uncomfortable elements for 21 human century which I think need to be considered. One is our information goes a long with all those devices which not feel well. second is once we captured all those emotions from those parents and that environment, then I don’t think we can let robots cooking or doing some other things or machines embedded with for long period time. which may not logic. The cooking displays and tutorials are cool supposing you have 50 IQ and can't do it yourself, you can just search in your phone or ask your Alexa to search the recipe and stream it for you. The robot arms thing that cooks is even more stupid, just thing of how much would it cost you to mantain one of these in your house, the space that needs to be installed, if you just order food out it will be a whole lot more futuristic, just think about it, the delivery industry is getting bigger every year and they are trully making the future trough innovation, it's more logical to just not have a kitchen in the future, leave the automated arm robot thing for the restaurants and just wait for your food to come at your door, or at your window with a drone. So bassically the whole kitchen setup on the video is BS. The mirrors funcion that tracks your health is cool, but i doubt more about the moral question behind it then the actual beneficts, i mean either we develop a BLASTING sensor that can track all of our body information or we develop a BLASTING chip that goes in your body, either way that is a long road ahead, the other funcions like helping to choose your clothe is necessay if you don't know what you have in your closet at all, and if you can't remember most of your clothes, why do you have so many at the first place? The kids toothbrush game is very good if you wan`t to spend a whole lot more of your time and money with your kids in the dentist fixing lost tooth enamel. There is nothing excting in the bed and the toilet, since is already avaible today. And just to point it out, who in their clear mind would buy one of those beds? Just buy a smart curtain and a smart lampshade, done. Only the wash machine and the 3D House printing are something that i would really call futuristic since you can really imagine those things coming to be handy since they actually help the world somehow in the future, all of the other things are just ideas with no sustainability that i believe that doesn`t earned their places in the future, at least not in this century. Another big problem that plays a huge role in the future of humanity is the earth sustainability that is not very promising until now, even with the progress made so far we are still a long way to solve it. I'm not saying that is not possible to do these thing on the video, i'm just poiting that the video is like 95% off the real world, at least for this century where we have really big problems in line needed to be solved before investing our time in the cool stuff and a bunch of things that no one needs.
