@@amygascoigne3189 hey Amy, yes I know what you mean with it being a minefield it's hard to know your options! So I work in an employability and mental health role supporting young adults, possibly will go back and study in a few years again . I find there are good role options on websites that have a community or project focus in the non profit or health sectors 🙂 also thanks for watching , hope it was a bit helpful!

I think it’s really bad that learning how to reference isn’t compulsory at 16-18/sixth form! I did an EPQ where we had to reference so that’s the only way I learned before uni but that was an extra curricular thing - I actually dropped out of psychology undergraduate degree as the statistics were not for me!! Super informative video ☺️

I am Mithun from India.I got offer letter to study MSc in psychology conversion in Stirling. I have done bachelor's in mechanical engineering.I have several doubts.
1.what are the chances of getting tier2 sponsorship jobs after masters.
2.what are the prerequisites asked by the interviewer after our masters , like diploma in psychology or doing internship before masters.
( I was looking to do diploma in psychology and doing internship before coming to UK)

Thx a lot for your video i really appreciate it i am in my first years in psychology and i am really interested in coming to the Uk to do my Master Degree in the coming years my question is where or which job i would get after getting my master is Sport psychology? i do have work exprience but is not related into in this field which is Sport Psychology so if you have any information regarding master in sport psychology in the Uk i know ur master was in Belfaste but in case u do know plzzzz let me know because i would really be appreciated .

Hi there thanks for watching my video. I also did a psychology masters without a background degree so it is definitely possible! I think if you would like a career in psychology it's a great idea! My advice is to check the different masters available and choose one you are very interested in. Good luck with everything ✨

Honestly, in most of countries if you don’t have a BA in a psychology focus you can’t reach a Master in Psychology…it’s like you have a BA in IT and you expect to jump in year 4 of medicine …

Hi yes there is lots you can do. You could work as a healthcare assistant, support children with mental health in schools, hospital assistants, youth worker. Many choose further study of a doctorate degree or medical professional. Thanks for watching!
