Yeah, I think a lot of us who listen to Divide’s songs are drawn to the fact that he tends to capture the essence and even the story of a character without overtly referencing the source material. I think Shwabadi might have said it before, but it really helps make his music more accessible. Anyways, cool reaction vid as usual! If you decide to continue Naruto, I’d love to hear your own take on one of the characters if you haven’t done a song on one of them already.
Thing about divide he goes for the emotional or inspiration aspects of the character it really motivates u and when you hear the lyrics u understand even if u dont know the character. Also divide produce some of the instrument by himself like guitars and some are made from his studio or like instrumentals.
Rock lee basically was a ninja who couldnt do any ninjustu or any type of justu only taijustu also he was so emotional that he couldnt be like the other kids and kept on with his detemination to be a ninja in spirit. Guy Sensei found rock lee and train him in body also taijustu i swear to goodness im liking divide rock songs and your song each time
not anymore hes basically a screaming machine now still love him but still love his older self

That's what's nice about Alex. His songs relate more to the audience than the actual subject. Therefore you don't need to know anything about the subject.

I know this is a 3 year old reaction video but I always have to mention that the way I see it is that there is a a Divide song for everyone, one that someone out in the world can relate to. State of Mind is that for me.

My fiance listens to things like limp bizkit, Linkin park, system of a down. She teases me because I listen to divide so much. "He always sings about the same thing, like we're going to get through this, or my honor!"

Totally agree about not needing to have seen the anime to love the song , I listened to his song "Believe it" so many times , that I almost forgot it was supposed to be a naruto song , Divide makes good songs , that you could put on any other anime and it would just work :D (you should also react to it and the Sword art online song :P)

Watch the Gaara vs Rock Lee match to get what is essentially a distillation of Rock Lee to get an even further appreciation of it (but it is still amazing regardless). Sadly, Divide only did a song for young Gaara, who changes a ton for the better later on, but the song he did for young Gaara is still really good for that character too.

No offense but you didn't really add anything to the video, it just mainly divides work with very little effort on your part all the video concisted of was you bobbing your head and having your eyes closed, all you talked about was how good devides music is and how it's feel good music from the few times you actualy spoke in the video , but I get wanting to listen to music from an artist you like even tho you don't know the context, but you should have watched what was on screen as well as listen to get an better understanding of the charater. I'm not trying to leave hate but leave constrictive criticism.

The excuse "if you don't like my content then don't watch it" is just poor, it's an lazy way to justify your lack of originality, you didn't even deny the fact you didn't add anything to the video, you got upset at the fact I thought your eyes was closed but they might as well been closed, all I did was leave some criticism and you got all defensive "if you don't like my videos then don't watch it" I wasn't even trying to spread hate just come constrictive criticism.
