In a nutshell, I ‘m an avid dumpster diver, scrapper, picker, treasure hunter and underwater connoisseur. I prowl the city streets in search of dumpster loot, curbside treasures & scrap metal as well as scour the river bottoms for lost valuables during the summer months when I can scrounge up enough money for gas. I used to do the same thing back in the 80's and early 90s there in the greater Houston area. Had fun, made money and found a lot of interesting things along my journey.

I did the same over here in the uk, and I ended up on disability due to humping heavy gear out of skips and dumpsters also scraping cars, god bless you, and keep safe

Maybe brand new, but probably out of date.
Dianna is right check for recalls before you sell them. They are a part of the building automated FSS I believe.

He gets roughly 40 bucks per thousand pounds, in milwaukee here we get 100 bucks per thousand its different everywhere

Omg, that was funny.🤣 Just last night in Mason City, Iowa there was a mountain lion seen roaming in town. 😳
*Those Kidde boxes may be "expired" I use Kidde products in my home, like fire alarms, CO2 etc, and they only have a few years "shelf life". For this reason, when inspectors roll thru, they make sure all your alarms are new and not say 5-10 years old, aged to the point where you need to purchase a new one to replace a perfectly working aged one.*

Usually the parts that expires are the sensor, not the cotrol pannel. Well on my system anyway. Just had to change one last week. Control pannel dates back to 1993 and they said its still fine
@@MartinLegare I use to work for an Alarm Company and I was going to say the same, The FA Panels do not expire only the detectors , etc.
@@TheAlicialmiller My guess is that they were purchased for an office build-out, which then didn't happen due to COVID shutting down offices - either they didn't need the space because more employees are working from home, or the company went out of business. Either way, to the landlord they are garbage so in the dumpster they go...

Might be a good idea to have a nice powerful magnet to help pick up all the nuts and washers. Tie a 3ft rope to it and drag it across the ground a few times.
