Love that you guys do the shop videos and explain in detail what and how you do it…. And cage after cage build…. New front diff. Which one m very interested and can’t wait for that release. Congratulations to the cage winner they definitely getting some of the cleanest cage builds I hav seen!!! Stay safe and see you in trails someday
Yes, we are looking for another trailer. For now I think what we will do is have a longer open trailer and stay at cabins when we take 3 and when we take 2 we will use our toy hauler. We’re exploring our options but that’s what we came up with for now.
We will weigh it when we’re done but I don’t expect to much. The tubing doesn’t weight a lot and we removed a ton of weight from it. I bet it’s still under 2000 pounds.
Our tube bender is home made. It’s built after the jd2 square bender but we’ve added a air hydraulic cylinder rather than the manual version that’s offered.
When talent meets work ethic anything is possible. Beautiful fabrication...can't wait to see it the 3rd buggy on the trail. Great work Jesse & Sheri!
Thanks will 🤙🏻👊🏻

The cage is looking good but I think I would put head lights in the pipe you cut off that would be neat
Paint it bright green and white like your logo 👍
Definitely gonna be some green on it for sure. 🤙🏻

Mad Max can am i like it !!!!
What side exit exhaust did u go with there?
It was a marketplace find. They told me it was home made so I’m not sure of the info on it.
If your not using the plastics I would make it a buggy style with no doors and crawl in using the tree kickers as a step
That’s the plan. We may add doors but if we do we will try to make it look like it doesn’t have doors if that makes sense.
looking great, but it's hardly a tube chassis.
We know it’s not. We’re using the stock can am chassis. It’s half and half
Have you thought about how your hauling 3 buggies to the trails

The rock buggy special. Do you have an estimate on the added weight? Thanks

@@TheCanAmCrew I really hope so! Fingers crossed...:)
🧨🧨🧨💥
@TheCanAmCrew what brand is your tube bender and where can i get one
Our tube bender is home made. It’s built after the jd2 square bender but we’ve added a air hydraulic cylinder rather than the manual version that’s offered.
What tube bender are you using …?
It’s a home made bender with jd2 dies.
Ok thank you
Good,
Part one , name link pleace??
Check out our UA-cam channel for the other videos from this build 🤙🏻
I don't really care for the lower front window bar. Sits to high for my liking
Ya, we had to keep it high enough to clear the dash. I think the dash in general is to high X3’s. The sight line isn’t the best due to that.
