These are the three chords , im not good at tabbing so it goes from the 1st chord to the 2nd back to the 1st and then to the 3rd then repeat using fingerpicking. He has a capo on the second fret so he plays the second chord differently but this fingering is easy enough i think.

Tuning is standard capo on 2nd fret EADGBE (Top string to bottom) x stands for muted; first chord is (top string muted) x 7 9 8 9 x (bottom string muted )then the next is x 0 8 8 7 x the last chord is
x 6 8 8 7 x then just kind play with those chords to figure out the finger pattern/slap last lick is starting on B string 7 hammer on to 9 pulloff back to 7 then open B open bottom E
