This repair is to remedy the situation in which the surface laptop Studio is not charging. We complete a forced restart or a forced power shutdown by holding the power button for 20 seconds.

Still not working i tried this trick and now surface battery is fully drained , what to do now ? Charging cord is working fine on other similar devices
