हम जब भी कोई प्रॉपर्टी पर होम लोन लेते है तब बैंक वाले लोन का बीमा करने के लिए जोर देते है I क्या लोन के साथ इंश्योरेंस लेना चाहिए ?यह सवाल हर उस इंसान के जेहन और जुबान में है जो कि आज की तारीख में लोन ले रहा है। तो इसी पर आज का वीडियो यह मैंने बनाया है कि होम लोन के साथ जो इंश्योरेंस मिलता है और एक अलग से टर्म इंश्योरेंस लिया जाता है उन दोनों में क्या फर्क है, और अगर दोनों में कोई ऑप्शन हो तो कौन सा इंश्योरेंस लेना चाहिए I

sir pahle se hi term plan le rakha hai aur car loan lete samay bhi life insurance liya, to kya bank death k baad usi insurance se amount settaled karegi ya nominee ko term insurance ka paisa milne ke baad usme se legi 🙏

Thank you sir for important information 🙏🏻. I have one query. My parents have taken home loan of 40 lakh before 1.5 year ago for 20 years from hdfc bank. At that time my parents didn't want the loan insurance but an agent of hdfc forced them for insurance (of 3.5 lakh for 20 years converted to loan) and told that you can close it after some time so my parents gone for insurance. Though my parents have 1 cr life insurance I don't want to continue this home loan insurance. I have contacted that agent but now he denied to close it and said it is not possible you have to pay the emi . So please guide me how can I close it or save the money of around 3 lakh of home loan insurance ?

@@SOPALRATHORE sir term insurance lete time hum ko term plan ke kisi option ya clause me ye mention krke batana hota hai ki, hum apne home loan ko term plan se cover/ insured krna chahte hai.
Ya hamara home loan apne aap hi term plan me insured/ cover ho jata hai.
