  • Some days are unmotivated, no energy, sh!tty days... but as a self-employed, online fitness coach, I can't really take the day off. And having important fitness goals, I want to be able to continue my program through it. being able to do that is what keeps some people making great fitness and fat loss results, or keeps others struggling and getting nowhere. The answer is just do what you always do and don't think too hard about it. Eat normal balanced, high protein meals. Stick to the workout plan, have a little bit of discipline and make mindful decisions. Get through it and tomorrow will be better!
