Thank you for this video. My physical therapist told me my diaphram is rigide and that I don’t know how to breathe properly. What causes this? How to correct it? My mother had a hole in her diaphram. Surgery corrected it. I have worked in a seated job bending forward for approx 40 years. Pneumonia and bronchitis has sent me to lung therapy due to a very weak coughing reflex. Might you have any tips or info on how to remedy this? Thanks in advance. All the best to you.

When I turn my torso I feel a stitch and I recently had an ulcer but it feels like a stitch when I move a certain way. Could it still be my ulcer or my diaphragm?
