The title of this video says this is a Pet "Pro" version but the name on the box(case) in the video says it's the regular model not the "PRO" model. After chatting with the shark support person, I was informed that only the regular model comes with a USB charger and NOT the Pro model. Is this true? I am looking to buy a USB powerful model but getting mixed information. Can someone help?
