As soldiers, I've come to realize that we have fantastic and massive leadership in all corridors of the country. Have you seen the way they're smart and brilliant in responding to every question? Additionally, they exhibit seriousness and valor in many responses, displaying discipline, calmness, and honesty. This motivates me to fight until my last breath. May God keep protecting my country, Rwanda, and Africa as a whole. 🇷🇼🌍❤❤❤❤
The reason why my daughter will join RDF, it' s because, the military is our family tradition!!! Since our grandparents were in the military, we feel driven to follow the same path and having these shared experiences with our family is important, and joining the military is the right decision for us and the military presents us with mental and physical challenges, and we can take this opportunity to improve ourselves and push past our own limits. Many thanks to RDF Spokesperson, Brig Gen Ronald Rwivanga!!! Many thanks to you Barbara Umuhoza!!! Ciao!!!
RDF Very empresive Army in Africa. Is not how much u have or how big you are is what you do with what you have. It's require a certain degree of discipline and value. We salute our wonderful RDF. Big up ❤️💪🏽👍🏾
Thanks Barbara for hosting this great general on a very beautiful topic. We would like to see you also hosting our president his Excellency Paull Kagame
For sure I am so happy to listen this conversation thank you Madame for preparation of this to us and thanks to the col Ronald Rwivanga to be intelligent in your answers well. Always RDF in our heart lead by H.E P.K.
I expected questions about the military, academic and family background of Col. Ronald Rwivanga. Please, next time, ask him personal questions : is he married ? Does he have children ? Where and what has he studied and up to which level ? What are his hobbies ? How did he end up in the army (He wasn't born a soldier, I think) ? Such questions for more entertainment ! Thanks and thank you for the show Barbara !
Thx for your question. I believe It was because it was a 30 Mins show that it didn’t cover a lot but I can try to answer a few of the questions you raised: Married yes, kids: one son, education: masters degree in Military Arts and Sciences from Fort Leaven worth USA, BA SWSA Makerere university.
Dear Colonel@@rwivanga73, woow, thank you for your reply ! I did not expect you to answer directly at all ! I admire your humility and kindness. With your answer, I can say that many people know you better now ; I am sure they appreciate - I personally admire - your excellent background as well as your wonderful character. You are a perfect role model for the Rwandan youth: brilliant, humble and very courageous (if we take into account your military career). A Gentleman ! For the next time, I hope journalists will ask you the soccer teams you support in Rwanda and elsewhere, the greatest soccer players you admire, the kind of books you read (biographies? thriller novels? military strategy?), 5 or 10 books you enjoyed so far (their titles), your publications and the bookshops where we can purchase them. But, again, that's for another time. I don't want to take too much of your time. I am still very grateful for your reaction. All the best, Afande !
My favorite Club: Manchester United, favorite football player of all times: Ryan Giggs( was quite energetic in his late thirties), Love strategy can’t single out any single book though, from Clausewitz to Sun Tzu and Paret, I like the cocktail of ideas,
Thank you again Barbara. It was interesting to see you hosting RDF spokesman Col Ronald Rwivanga. RDF and Commander in Chief make us proud and we'll always standing for you guys.
Like those ribbons! But is there any disciplinary action taken against an RDF officer that puts on a ribbon/ribbons that doesn't correspond to what he/she did in the Military?
How would he or she acquire the ribbons in the first place? If acquired through theft? Then that theft would be a punishable case just like any other theft case. If it is acquired through Colluding with the issuing authority. It is also punishable. I hope that answers your question.
