True - Shenlou is a problem. But even shenlou has to be careful when all 8 weapons open fire back at him.

@@ManniGaming no matter how OP the Shenlou is, it still has some counters. I have a glacier Curie, and if I manage to notice the Shenlou teleporting on me, I turn back, deploy the turrets as late as possible than turn back, and the Shenlou appears between me and the turrets, locked in between four weapons, and if the player forgets to teleport again, the the Shenlou is screwed in seconds! It is kinda hard, but there are ways to counter it and even destroy it!

I still use my Mid range Ares from time to time love sniping people with it and chilling, brings back good memories ngl

This was good to see. I'm sick and tired of Lynx. But the strength is in the Seeker drone, which is difficult/impossible to get.
The lynx is actual cancer for someone like me with low level gear. Who thought a robot that's tanky, has good firepower, fast AF, and has a stealth ability with a 9 sec cool down should be in the game.
I first started playing when Ares was the monster to be afraid of. Great to see it wreck again!
Manni use erebrus with hiruko drone with phase shift simultaneously to get 30k free health. It helps it a lot to survive.
Instead of phaseshift, you can use advanced repair unit with trixie with doger pilot skill . You will get 30k hp every 8 seconds

Manni I have a f2p account and I actually won a Crisis a long time ago from data pads, still one of my aces. But for a while I was using a build inspired by you: Crisis with Thermite. It trolls so many people and I miss being able to use it because my league is too high. It's really awesome when every once in a while you just land that perfect shot and absolutely wreck an enemy
The ares is my favorite robot. I have like 2 videos running this setup except without seeker drone. It does what was showed here.

Defeinitely fun to play - but the Legendary Pilot also does a lot here shortening the cooldown on the ability.

My Pulsar Magnetar Ares is very low leveled, but its a beast, the only problem is the abundance of shieldbreaker effects

My favorite robot ! Magnetar with pulsar o deciver or damper ,always with magnetar pecause you need to paralize ,another combination could be curved bulletd machineguns because you dont nedd to expose the robot all the time and if you saved you ammo correctly those linx will cry lot , because thise bullets follow them and destroy all the forceshields in a moment ,

I'd say the Fainter was nerfed almost as badly as the Skadi was
I usually use Ares with Blights and Hazards, it works pretty well. I sometimes use Ksiphos and Labrys with Paralysis too, but the nerf these weapons got hurt them quite a bit...
Congratulations, finally a fair gameplay, I think it's cooler than playing with stolen robots, boring as you look at your opponent and delete them before the blink of an eye, I'm not one to comment but this time I made an exception! :)
Only problem I have with it is the new unstable conduit which I didn't see many ppl using against you and as far as those trash weps the only good part bout them is they do lock down quick but I still think pulsar would do alot better great video as always and happy hunting
The issue with buffing the Fainter Manni is that eeven though the reload sucks on it at the moment, the damage is crazy on it. If the reload were to be buffed by 2x faster, because it needs that, then it will be like Dampers all over again. Which might not be a bad thing for Fainter's comeback.

Wow you just don't know what it mean for me, because I started to build the ares soon after it's realised and it took me a whole year to build it only to face robots that just counters me. I think i will restart to play war robots. Thanks I love your videos.

I am using pulsar/magnetar since ares came on the map and is still my best skill build. It is a master againts all that has been thrown at it.

Hey manni, your video gave me an idea. can you try running pathfinder with fainter? I think pathfinder could potentially give fainter a good dmg output, especially burst damage.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t the pantheon robots abilities deal more damage based on how much you shoot their absorber shield? With weapon power creep they would theoretically be stronger cause their shields take infinitely more damage

Ares needs that legendary pilot to bring it's ability cooldown in line with Hades and the Ophion. Hades has a little less firepower but more health. Didn't seem like you were fighting much top end meta bots in the first game. No Curies, Ochos, or Shenlou. It can be done but defiantly more challenge without skill.

Manni , try the Daggon robot with sting build , i think this build gonna be fun to play
I use ares but cuz I don't have no lockdown weapon so I use jump unit
And the legendary pilot makes it even more ez to run away in cover for the next skill
Wow the ARES is actually back! I didn’t even imagined that an old robot like this could just carry the match. There is just one sad feeling in me every time I watch his war robots content these days and no it’s NOT even close to the content he makes(It’s actually one of the best ones)..I just lost my account whoosh ID was 8Z6TLG its just makes me sad that I got to start all over I wish there was a way to get it back quickly without any P2W ofc (NOTE : all account I made were always and will be F2P),but this video showing how GOOD the ares is makes me happy cause I am a bit more close to now getting an ARES in my new account and seeing it perform this good JUST MAKES ME HAPPY.
