GoldenEye - Behind the scenes at Nene Valley, 1995

On April 10th, 1995, Ian Davis visited the Nene Valley Railway to witness the location filming there for GOLDENEYE, Pierce Brosnan's first James Bond film. this was filmed behind my house (couple of fields down) and i still recall my gran getting a little irritated with the constant traffic up and down the lane and went and asked how long it was going to take and if they wouldn't mind keeping it down. She was great haha. still loved going and having a look at the tank and was so disappointed it wasn't real (stands it reason it wouldn't be lol)

Very cool thanks for sharing Martijn and Ian. At Nene Valley, when I visited earlier this year Marc Hernandez showed me some locations. The carriage from Octopussy is still there for people to see. Actually two carriages. One has been resurrected and the other is sadly in disrepair.
