Sometimes we through life thinking that everything we do is correct; from the way we wash our hands to the way we remove a mask. So, in this video, I show you the safest way to do things and how to deal with any emergency.
I show you how to remove your gloves without any part of your skin touching them. - This way you won’t get any germs. Similarly, I show you how to remove a surgical mask by grapping it with your fingers from the ears and then disposing of it.
When you go to open the water tab to wash your hands, never grab it with your fingers, always turn it on with you forearm. Close it with your elbow and then always open the door or flush the toilet with a tissue paper.
When applying a bobby pin, always have the bumpy part facing your head - this way it will stay in place. Also, never cut the end of a sugar sachet to pour it in your coffee, cut the sachet from the middle instead.

I like that they start with the health/safety issues we are all dealing with right now. I also went to a class on A+ certification and they told us the best way to take apart a computer is to take pictures so you know how to put it back together.
