Сегодня были в гостях на дне рождения подруги . Мы тоже ели много вкусного, у нас был шашлык из свиной шеи, копченая скумбрия, которую сами готовили и лангустины на гриле. И с большим количеством зелени и овощей, ведь сейчас лето! Мы отдыхали в беседке у дома в саду. У нас в отличие от Японии рис едят очень мало. Поэтому риса у нас не было. У меня вечер был хороший. The chicken dish looked yummy, I might give it a go. I buy eggplant now and then. Bought it two weeks ago and fried it with onion, garlic, ginger and tomatoes and some coriander leaves then put it through the food processor and bottled it. Had some this morning with dhal, rice, cabbage, okra and mixed veggies. I eat a lot of vegetables daily. Enjoyed watching this video 👍

The chicken dish looked yummy, I might give it a go. I buy eggplant now and then. Bought it two weeks ago and fried it with onion, garlic, ginger and tomatoes and some coriander leaves then put it through the food processor and bottled it. Had some this morning with dhal, rice, cabbage, okra and mixed veggies. I eat a lot of vegetables daily. Enjoyed watching this video 👍
Forgot to mention in my eggplant dish I also added watercress. Can use any dark green leafy vegetables
